Authentic Vietnamese Breakfast

252 De Tham Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City I had the chance to dine in for my breakfast buffet at the dragon palace hotel. The breakfast is a local breakfast buffet and not an international buffet. You can enjoy the ham tomato topped with sauces and place it inside the baguette. You can also try their local pho delight. As there is no staff at the breakfast area, you would have to prepare your own pho. The meat and noodles are available on the table. You will have to boil them and make sure the meat is fully cooked before consuming the noodles. There is also rice paper for you to mix with the vegetables to eat together.
