Authentic Russian in Harbin

Among all the Russian restaurants in Harbin, Tatoc stands out. It's over a hundred years old, serves authentic Russian food and has a great location on Central Street. Address - 中央大街127号（近西五道街） Ambiance/Facilities - Walking in to the restaurant you feel like you are stepping back in time. The decor is opulent, almost like a dining hall for a French king. Highlights - There are loads of traditional Russian dishes on the menu. My favorite was the goulash-like beef stew which was super soft and juicy. It was also nice to get my hands on some really good bread. Avg. Price per Person - 120 rmb Rating - 3.5 stars
