Zhenguo Temple in Jiangsu's Gaoyou

Gaoyou is a little in Northern Jiangsu and belongs to Yangzhou. It lies on the old historic Hangzhou - Beijing canal. Right on an island on the canal river you can visit Zhenguo Temple in central Gaoyou. Zhenguo Temple receives few tourists, as it is largely overlooked by locals, and thus has a peaceful atmosphere. You can walk on the pagoda and have a great view over the canal and the old town of Gaoyou. 🎟️ Entrance is for free, visiting hours are from 8am in the morning until 5pm in the afternoon. 📍Gaoyou has a train station and a bus station.
