Onyx Boston Downtown

Location is great. However, the staff (I think his name is Jay or Ray - morning and afternoon receptionist) promised to place me in a room I had asked for (non-smoking, away from elevator.. (I arrived early afternoon , but then had meetings all day.) He said my room is being prepared and that he will call me or text me within an hour or two. When the room is ready. He totally forgot about his promise. By the time I got back to the hotel later that night, I was told by a different receptionist that only one room was left in the whole hotel - obviously, near the elevator.
