Temple of Heaven, Beijing

I did not know you could go to the temple of Heaven at night although I’m normally to tired after a day of exploring to make it to night fall. Unfortunately you can’t get to the central part of the temple at night, that is closed off, but with some unique angling, zooming and some jumping I managed to get some good photos. If I were to go again I would bring a longer lens to help with zooming. If you go I’d encourage doing a couple laps. We definitely wasted some time waiting for others to finish their photos when we could have walked around and came back, one guy was in the same spot for well over ten minutes. Book your tickets in advanced and I hope you get a clear night!
