Today we have a new bread shop to introduce again called "Kita", a shop decorated in white tones. And the brown color of the wood gives a minimalist feeling in a Japanese cafe style. And there are tables and chairs for you to sit and eat. The shop will focus on selling bread that is fermented with natural yeast and then baked. There are a variety of fillings to choose from, both savory and sweet, such as butter-oatung, butter-almond, chicken breast with white and black pepper sauce. and Japanese omelette (18 - 38 baht), where every piece of bread is freshly baked when customers order only. The bread is soft and chewy. The fillings are given without worrying about the stuff. We have tasted many fillings but my favorite is the black pepper chicken because it has a lot of chicken meat and it has a rich flavor, and it's nutty because it has a soft sweetness from the brown sugar. and get the crunchy texture from the sugar granules as well But personally, I think the taste is a bit sweet. There are 3 types of beverages (45 baht) which are Lod Chong fresh coconut milk, fresh milk grass jelly, jasmine tea, and young coconut cantaloupe sago. As for the taste, it's okay. But we feel that it doesn't go well with bread. It should be more suitable as a separate dessert.
