Nu Do Kitchen Address - 11/1 Lưu Quang Thuận, Bắc Mỹ An, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam Highlights - Mi Quang Rating - ***** I was dubious about the Masterchef tag as it might be a way to hide behind the branding, but this outlet by Carol Pham was an amazing find. I was staying at a hotel nearby and looking for a place to have lunch, and was surprised to find this popping out in a relatively quiet area. Boy was I glad to have made the walk, because the noodles here were delicious. While the Central Vietnamese dish hailing from Quang Nam is already delicious on its own, Pham has added small touches to reinvigorate the standard. There’s three versions here: fish, chicken and beef; each accompanied by a twist in seasoning such turmeric, shallots and cinnamon respectively. If that didn’t already read delicious, the smell upon stepping in will win you over. Quaint and thankfully unpretentious, my meal today in the balmy weather of Danang made me so happy to be alive.
