The room wasn't big, but had everything we needed. Great shower, not much noise eventhough we slept above the terrace and looked out on the street & comfortable beds! I asked in advance if they could serve a gluten and lactose free breakfast. I got no confirmation, but when we were about to have breakfast, they had everything suiting my diet. Friendly staff,

Het hotel heeft net een nieuw management. Alleen nog geen bar en restaurant. Vriendelijke ontvangst met uitleg over nachtingang omdat de receptie dan gesloten is. Prima kamer en douche. Thee ook aanwezig, helaas geen koffie. Prima ontbijt gehad met een super vriendelijke bediening

Hotel super gelegen aan de rand van het mooie stadscentrum van Zutphen . Goede ontvangst bij binnenkomst met duidelijke uitleg. Kamers zijn schoon en leuk ingericht, lamp in de douche was defect en fineer van de kast hangt er los bij, dus wat klein onderhoud is wel op zijn plaats ! Ontbijt vonden wij aan de karige kant voor het bedrag wat daar voor gevraagd word en dan is de thee ook nog op ! Verder goed verblijf gehad in Zutphen

Top locatie. Kleine kamer, maar prima. Eenvoudig ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant is smerig. Ligt eten op de vloer van de dag ervoor. Tafels werden niet schoongemaakt. Hier moesten we zelf om vragen. Ook de toiletten bij het restaurant waren niet schoongemaakt. Heel jammer want het is een leuk hotel, maar hier ligt echt een verbeterpunt.
