Mövenpick Hotel Zurich Regensdorf

good location just beside Zentrum Regensdorf mall where you can find your usual coop , migros and a bunch of other shops bottled water provided is only for checkin days and will not be replenished on subsequent days parking to pay additional (reasonable charge) not too far from airport as well.

So many hidden prices even after completing the booking and paying off the payment before we get in there and I have one un authorise transaction from my credit card. On the advertising mentioned that there are indoor and outdoor swimming pool in the hotel, when we get there and they said that they don’t have those services and we need to pay and it’s only for adults. The room temperature was bad and air condition didn’t work.

first room was not clean but the staff quickly got us another room which was cleaner. They also allowed us to cancel a second reservation that we had no idea had been made.

The property advertises free airport shuttle. When I called to schedule a pick up time, I was informed that they did not. They said they would give me a number for a company that would charge $50 or I could book an Uber. I specifically booked this hotel for airport transportation. They refused to give me a refund when I tried to cancel for this reason.

Very good hotel. Rooms are clean, good installations, good restaurant, it is attached to a good and small mall with shops, drugstore and self-service restaurants. We stayed there for 2 nights to visit Zürich. 20 minutes by car to Zürich down town and 15 minutes to Zürich airport. The Regensdorf village itself is very small and there is nothing special to be visited. The hotel staff very nice, supportative and professional. The hotel staff alerted us that to go to Zürich down town by train from Regensdorf (we were 5 people) woule be expensive. We had a car. CHF 20 per night to park the car at the hotel. The experience at the hotel was excellent and met our expectations and plans. Would stay there again.

I stayed there 3 nights, room was ok, but breakfast fast was super good, transport is limited because it’s 15 minutes from train station.

I’ve immediatly payed when i arrive at the 2:00 p.m. i received e a letter of conferme of my flight and i’asked to delete the reservation. They answer that for them was not a problem but i have to comunicate with you. I would know If i can be refused for the big amount that i pay. Tks
