特別糟糕的酒店 千萬不要訂 沒有任何服務 打電話跟酒店前台聯繫什麼服務都不提供 酒店設施很差 衞生間的門是透光的 衞生間門也是無法關起來的 和朋友一起住真的無比尷尬感受真的很糟糕 同時也沒有空調 如果開窗還有很多蟲子 房間裝修非常簡陋 床品也很差

Self-serve hotel experience worked out great! This was one unusual hotel experience! It is totally self-serve so we saw no hotel staff at all, only other guests as we passed in the hallway. Since we arrived early, we proceeded to the hotel (just a few blocks from the train station) to store our bags in their free lockers. We returned after 3pm to check into our room using their easy check-in station to find our booking and create keycards. Note that once we booked our room we received an email outlining the check-in process, the luggage storage options, info about parking (there is none) and room cleaning (for a fee, scheduled in advance), how to access the free wi-fi, and other rules and information. Once checked in, our key card provided access to the hotel proper. Our room was accessible via elevator or stairs. It was clean and comfortable and spacious enough for the two of us for two nights. We would not hesitate to use EasyHotel again!

No Good Hotel I've never seen a hotel with a bathroom that small. You can hear people from other rooms when talking

No bed linen, strange set up of room (washbasin outside toilet / shower), but good location and excellent price.

Easy Hotel Zurich May 2025 Mattress on bed was much too hard and prevented us getting a good sleep. Only one pillow and no staff to ask for another ended up with us experiencing muscle pain. Toilet appeared to have some issue as the smell given off was only just bearable

A super mean and uncomfortable hotel This hotel only thinks of how to save its cost without any consideration of the travelers’ needs, convenience or comfort. The self check in machine went wrong when I checked in and the only way u could do is to call the hotline which is costly for a foreign traveler. The hotline staff could not understand the issue and failed to give clear instructions of how to sort it out. Will definitely not stay in this hotel group anymore.
