在小河邊上，很新很舒適，比一路上的酒店都更舒適。

房間不錯，服務很好，早餐也不錯，有泳池桑拿。

Very good property but very restrictive for wellness. Funny that 1) wellness is optional 2)TIMINGS ARE ODD 11AM ONWARDS Other facilities are bye-n-large ok.Food limited menu but very good. Food service excellent.

The worst thing we have ever experienced and we have traveled all over the world....Everything is completely OPPOSITE to the offer. A maximum of two stars, so let's go.. 1. The furniture is completely falling apart 2. The bathroom is so unusable that, for example, you can only use the hanging shower 3. two joined beds are sold as a French bed even though the website says that they have rooms with a FRENCH BED 4. Mattresses falling apart after two nights we got back pain 5. SPA center practically does not exist as well as the swimming pool which ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT FUNCTION because the water is ICE already more than a kilometer 9. the staff is just a story for itself, the owner of the hotel as well as the others are rude and arrogant; we witnessed the inappropriate behavior of the owner, who was on the verge of an incident with one of the hotel's guests, just because the guest asked for the heating to be turned up because his child was freezing in the room and the heating remote does not work 10. The offer states that the hotel has a playroom with a professional teacher and childcare, during our stay of 6 days we did not see such a person for a single minute, and when we asked, they just said "we don't have that", the playroom is so cold that it is practically unusable.
