This second-floor condominium has two large, airy, and private Bedroom Suites with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedroom suites have king-sized beds, air conditioners, ceiling fans, and lots of closet and cupboard space. Both bathrooms are light and roomy with open, step-in showers. Bedroom #2 has a small safe in the closet to keep personal items secure and a TV. The living area is an open plan with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room with sitting area and TV. The balcony overlooks the pool and lovely gardens. There are very nice common areas (Barbecue, etc) and two separate pools (adult and family) to enjoy. This is a small, safe, gated complex of only 30 units. Within walking distance (the closest is only 10 minutes) are three beautiful beaches (Playa Principal, La Ropa and La Madera), and plenty of great restaurants and shops. Taxis and Buses are plentiful and inexpensive for trips to further points of interest. Across the bay (short panga "water taxi" trip) is a beautiful day or afternoon destination of Playa Las Gatas with ample snorkeling and swimming opportunities, a small dive shop, and beach-side restaurants. Within an hour's drive can be found some of the best surfing (Soladita and Tracones) and diving/snorkeling in this area of Mexico. The Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa airport is only 30 minutes away. Zihuatanejo, or Zihua, as the locals like to call it, is a very friendly and laid-back city. But, if you are into a bit more action, Ixtapa is just a short distance away (20 minutes by car or taxi), with all of the amenities of a world-class resort. Also, the deep-sea fishing out of Zihua is excellent, with a couple major fishing tournaments held here each year. COVID19 PRECAUTIONS: We are strictly following the health and safety regulations regarding Covid19 mandated by the state of Guerrero, MX. These include use of approved disinfectants on touchable surfaces, complete cleaning after each guest departure, use of face coverings by staff, and high temperature laundering of linens and towels.
