Best hotel in Zhuhai by a mile. Spotless clean and very good service.  Special thanks to the charming young lady Cherry in the front desk who assisted in our check-in and attended to all our needs.

Hotel facilities and buffet breakfast are very good. The staff of hotel (Cora) is very friendly and helpful. Nice Experience.

During my stay, they took meticulous care of my itinerary arrangements, daily life, etc., making me feel as comfortable as if I were at home. Manager Willow Lin also demonstrated extraordinary leadership and a high degree of responsibility towards guests. He took the initiative to inquire about my stay experience several times, listened attentively to my feedback, and adjusted service details in a timely manner according to my needs to ensure that I could enjoy the highest quality service every moment during my stay at the hotel. My second time stay at St.Regis Zhuhai, both first and second time were wonderful experiences. The most beautiful sustainable yet luxurious Christmas tree i saw this year. Comparing to previous time i had occasion to have my own online butler on Wechat which promptly answered to my needs. Good whiskey sour at the Sky bar. Will come back next year 🥂

Service is superb!! Terry is amazing and be able to tackle all our queries, didnt get to encounter an excellent service gentleman for a long time. Breakfast is really good, the room is clean and tidy, and really nice decor. We will visit again, Thank You.
