Khách sạn có đội ngũ nhân viên rất tử tế và hữu ích. Tôi rất ngạc nhiên khi giờ đây lễ tân có đội ngũ nhân viên nói tiếng Anh. Thật tuyệt. Họ thậm chí còn không tính tiền tôi cho bữa sáng, điều này khiến tôi rất biết ơn và vui mừng. Phòng tập thể dục có thể lớn hơn và có nhiều thiết bị hơn.

The best hotel under $100 per night I have stayed in China. The rooms are neat and clean, the views are breathtaking and the breakfast is delicious and with so much variety of both Chinese and western cuisine. Like in most hotels in China most of the staff doesn’t speak English, but Ashen who works on the reception speaks English and he went above and beyond to help us find restaurants and shops for everything we asked him. Thank you very much again for everything!!

The hotel is good and the tallest in the city, the view is nice, But if foreigners check in this hotel,the police man will go to your room to take picture with our passport and some questions that’s all ! By the way the trip is awesome 👍🏻

Excellent stay and fantastic location for doing business in Guzhen. Conveniently attached to a shopping mall and cafe downstairs, also with many great restaurant options nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is so comfortable. The design aesthetic of the room is calm and peaceful (just what you need to come home to). There’s also a laundry room complete with ironing board and steamer.. we stayed in the panoramic room which was pretty amazing as you’re in one of the tallest buildings in this area. The breakfast was done well and had many options. I would highly recommend staying here.

A/C wasn't cold enough unless set till lowest temp. and highest speed

Room with big panoramoc window was hot like a hell Air conditioner only working when someone with key card is in the room so as a result I couldnt breath My collegues lived in the standrd rooms without this trouble Never choose angle rooms for living

The rooms were clean and very spacious with large bathroom and very comfortable bed. The use of their laundry was an added bonus with helpful staff that showed how to use the facility.

The room has an amazing view. It's very spacious and I had a very comfortable stay.

I was early in my check in. Unfortunately for me the room I was pre-assigened to was not ready in time as it was used to accomidate a wedding reception a day earlier. Front desk was very helpful to let me use another room to me until my room as ready, I had a red eyed flight and anybody who had a red-eyed flight would understand the frustration when U can get a room to rest. Thank you for going the extra mile and making me a very grateful customer. Good Job

Great hotel, modern, contemporary style with spacious rooms and a bed you could stay in forever. Very clean and fresh. Good coffee shop in the lobby. Choice of breakfast is limited to mostly Chinese fare but you can always get eggs and coffee. Western offerings are not good. Would stay again. Staff friendly and helpful. My stay was quiet, no issue.
