My stay at the Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that are always kept clean, comfortable, and well stocked with water, toiletries, and all the essentials. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive — they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits provided in my room and the mooncakes they gave me to take home. The location is another highlight. Just across the street is a beautiful park, perfect for exercising, taking peaceful walks, or simply sitting and observing daily local life. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, giving you a real sense of peace and security. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, and in the evenings, the streets come alive with small food stalls offering authentic Chinese flavors — a delightful way to experience local culture. Overall, Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, excellent service, welcoming staff, and ideal location, it offers both comfort and a genuine sense of connection to the community. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

Great place and the front desk was super friendly. The young man in the evening also gave us a great recommendation for roast pidgeon. Docking one point from cleanliness because the nonsmoking rooms still slightly smell like smoke, but otherwise great.

酒店位置方便樓下就很多宵夜，房間夠大衛生很好。性價比極高！推薦。 酒店附近10分鐘車程就到鼎湖山，30分鐘車程到岩前村，

交通方便，房間夠大，衞生乾淨，周邊美食店挺多的、免費停車，免費中式早餐粥粉面也挺好的。附近也有幾間農莊。

乾淨整潔衞生，智控窗簾小孩子很喜歡，周邊環境不錯，地下車庫停車方便，工作人員服務熱情周到，很好，值得推薦。

離開維也納兩小時，突然發現戒指忘在酒店了！心情一下子跌到谷底。抱着試試看的心態聯繫酒店，説明情況。工作人員態度非常好，一邊安慰我別急，一邊立刻派人去房間查找。讓我最最感動的是，工作人員不僅細緻檢查了床底（最終找到的地方），甚至不怕麻煩地幫我翻看了垃圾桶確認！整個過程衹用了不到20分鐘就成功找到並通知我！處理速度之快、態度之負責、細節之用心，讓我深感温暖。由衷感謝各位工作人員的付出！強烈推薦這家認真負責、服務貼心的好酒店！

房間非常好，早餐好，多樣，豐富非常好吃，服務員非常好，很體貼，很有耐心的講解當地的特色，非常值得推薦的一家酒店，衞生非常的乾淨

不錯，地方清潔，設施還可，欠冰箱，整體都很好，勝價比高，位置適中行10分鐘有很多美食，下次再來會考慮再入住。

經常住維也納，感覺各方面都還挺不錯，物美價廉！值得信賴！服務也不錯，早餐也還行畢竟這個價格！5星好評 ！！！！
