V were checking into your zhangjuajie hotel on 8th September afternoon, i can see tat many customers were lining up to register, making enquiries n things to b done, and oso a couple hackling over not wanting to pay deposit upon checking in but ur 覃佳威小姐 was v patient n polite in handling her customers tjough inder pressure... A very good personality, attitude n customer orientated staff... Pls keep up d good name of hospitality of your hotel and thanks to 覃小姐
