A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good rooms. The afternoon tea was lovely and the view from the dining/open area was great. The laundry service was very helpful. We stayed in one of the "sunshine rooms" that apparently had a mountain view, unfortunately it didn't. The carpet of the room was also rather dirty/stained. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The hotel is amazing! Clean and spacious room at a great location in Zhangjiajie. The hotel staff were amazing and helpful when needed. I highly recommend staying at this hotel :)

I loved my stay at this hotel. The service of the staff is excellent. Even though I don‘t speak Chinese we were able to communicate with each other with my translation app. They also helped me with figuring out where to go to see the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain. The breakfast is a combination of buffet style with a meal. It was very delicious and the view from the breakfast area is breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable and cozy with the pillows.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to Zhangjiajie, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to explore Zhangjiajie. The location is convenient for accessing all the main attractions, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by the staff. They are exceptionally friendly, supportive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets this hotel apart. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Zhangjiajie.

Great hotel at a convenient location with super friendly staff and amazing set meal for breakfast. Enjoyed our brief stay in Zhangjiajie a lot. The price was also very reasonable.

酒店的地理位置非常優越，離七十二奇樓，天門山和張家界國家森林公園等景點都非常近。酒店環境很好，房間視野開闊，乾淨整潔，設施齊全。早餐也挺豐富，現煮的米粉也特別好吃，工作人員服務熱情周到，周邊也有很多飯店，味道也不錯。總體來説非常滿意，我會推薦家人和朋友來張家界旅遊入住這家酒店。

Pour notre séjour de 2 nuits à cet hôtel on a réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes on a trouvé deux lits simples alors que sur la photo c'est mentionné deux grands lits doubles !! on a été obligé de passer la première nuit à trois car pas moyen de trouver un autre hôtel ( vacance de fête nationale), donc on insisté à ce qu'on nous fournisse des oreiller supplémentaire, un drap et des serviettes et articles de bain car à la chambre est conçue à la base pour deux personnes et non pas trois.. . sans parler de la saleté de la moquette de la chambre (très crasseuse VOIR PHOTOS présence de cafard mort ou qui roder autour des oreillers!!): A cause de cette première nuit très mauvaise ma fille a écourté son séjour pour repartir le lendemain à shanghai..., donc nous sommes resté ma femme et moi pour passer la 2ème nuitée , obligé car pas moyen de changer nos billets de train., nous avons convenu avec eux le service retour à la station de train à 6h15 AM (ce service est inclus dans la réservation) mais le matin à l'heure convenue on n'a trouvé personne à la réception juste un gars du service restaurant qui après notre insistante et notre mécontentement a appelé la propriétaire pour qu'enfin nous proposer de partir en taxi en nous donnant 20 yuan!!. JE VOUS DECONSEILLE VIVEMENT DE RESERVER A CET HOTEL!! TRES DECU.

位置 ——在維也納酒店樓上，可從地下車庫電梯直接上樓，在市區位置恰好，去哪裡打車十元以內，緊鄰江邊，每天一早享用江景早餐還是很賞心悦目，飯後可以像當地人一樣江邊散步 設施和衞生—— 設施還是比較新的，房間面積大，設計比較貼心，輕法簡約風，看上去明亮而温馨，有智能馬桶，usb充電口，窗邊台階可以愜意坐下聊天觀景，值得一提是還貼心地提供了耳塞，一次性馬桶墊，小點心，都很實用 服務——接待的蔡小姐温文爾雅，有涵養，衹是在需要的時候提供旅行建議，雖然本人沒有預約免費接機，離開店時主動提供了免費的送機 十分感謝各位員工營造的家的氛圍，我們度過了很美好的時光，下次來張家界還是會選擇梵泊灣
