Manyuan Resort Hotel

Location is top notch. My room was on a higher floor (6) with a balcony and bathtub overlooking a peaceful little stream. The staff Xiao Xiao 晓晓 was extremely helpful and even voluntarily came to the hotel to help me outside of her working hours to answer some queries. She gave extremely good advice on the sights and was clear on her opinion of the difference of several shows available and her assessment was spot on. I will definitely stay there again just for the service. Oh and it's a scenic 10-15 min walk by the stream to the ZJJ East Gate and the restaurant beside the hotel has Michelin level food!

The room: clean, huge and spacious. Amenities were provided and topped up everyday The location: conveniently located in wulingyuan, where there are shops and restaurants as well as small street stalls in walking distance. 10 mins walk to zhang jia jie national park east gate. The people: All the staff here were super friendly, helped us refine our itinerary and gave so much helpful tips as well as a map to guide us. They can also help to book tickets for a promotional price which made it less stressful for us. Response to any of our queries were prompt and they were patient in explaining and answering our queries! Breakfast provided was hearty and had a good variety for us before we started the day. Felt very comfortable staying here, Highly recommended 🥰💞

This was our last leg of our China trip. The 4 days 3 nights stay at Manyuan was wonderful. The team of staff we met was thoughtful and helpful, and the lead staff 彭谊stood out as a true attentive person. She guided us to book DiDi online Taxi and recommended places for dinner. In addition to enthusiastically recommending us places to go and buying tickets for us for the WuLingYuan National park and ZhangJiaJie Great Canyon with discount, we could feel that they were very concerned about our daily life. My wife said that every day when we returned to the hotel, she felt like she was back home when she heard the friendly "You're back". Our female butler 缘缘 helps monitor my online 淘宝purchase that delivered to the hotel. Another two staff worth mentioned was 晓晓 who guide us on the route in the national park of places of interest and skip others if time constraints. And 陈双凤who help us to setup the herbal foot bath. We have chosen Manyuan for its non smoking, clean, spacious rooms that overseeing the stream and sitting there with a glass of wine. It is also easy access to WuLingYuan National Park East gate. There are plenty of Chinese selection for the breakfast. My wife and I especially enjoyed and appreciated the coffee machine, which hardly available in other hotels. We are deeply grateful that we were allowed for late checkout with a small fee due midnight flight. This is really warm and accommodating experience and highly recommend Manyuan to future travelers coming to ZhangJiaJie. 这是我们中国之旅的最后一站。在曼缘的四天三夜住宿经历非常愉快。我们遇到的酒店员工都非常周到与乐于助人，领队彭谊是一位富有经验又细心的人。她指导我们预订滴滴在线出租车并推荐晚餐地点。 除了热心地向我们推荐景点并为我们购买武陵源国家公园和张家界大峡谷的折扣门票外，我们能感受到她们真诚的关心我们的出入起居生活。我的妻子说，每天回到酒店，听到親切的一声＂回来啦＂都感到自己像回到了家。 我们的女管家缘缘帮我跟进我网上购买的淘宝商品送到酒店。另外两位值得一提的员工是晓晓，她指导我们游览国家公园的景点路线。她会建议如果时间紧迫，跳过其他景点。还有陈双凤帮助我们设置草药足浴。 我们选择满园酒店是因为这里有干净、宽敞的禁烟客房，在阳台可以俯瞰溪流，小酎一杯。从酒店前往武陵源国家公园东门也很方便。早餐有很多选择。我和妻子特别喜欢并感谢酒店的咖啡机，这在其他酒店很难找到。 由于我们的搭的是午夜航班，酒店允许我们以付个小费用延迟退房，我们对此深表感谢。对我们来说这是一个非常温暖和照顾周到的住宿体验，强烈推荐未来来张家界的旅客入住曼缘渡假酒店。

Firstly we would like to thank you the front desks and all the workers in this hotel. This stay was the best stay of out china trip so far. The breakfast was very filling. Good to have a nice breakfast before heading out to the national forest. Hotel location short beautiful walk less than 600 metre to the wulingyuan / wujiayu entrance (east entrance) the self service laundry is very useful . Overall a perfect stay and very clean. Add them on wechat so they can help arrange pick up services from train station.

Great location!! Very near to the East gate of Zhangjiajie National Park..! Great view from the balcony. And near walking distance to Halal restaurant ..! The staffs are also very helpful..! Had a great time here! :D

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk to the East Gate entrance of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is good, mostly of Chinese cuisine. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers to clean your laundry. The hotel owner was very helpful with our questions, even helping us to book discounted tickets to major attractions like the National Forest Park, Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and the 张家界千古情。The stone path outside to cross the river is a short-cut to the National Forest Park East Gate.
