Very amazing hotel. Very good service. Owner helped us with planning tours. Very clean and daily service. Hot water and AC. Amazing price value and English speaking owner. Thanks for the nice time.

The owner was very kind and friendly. I had 2 full days to visit the national park, and the owner gave me a guidance how to visit all the highlight scenic spots. She can also buy you all the tickets (including entrance ticket, cable ways, mini-train, sight seeing bus, the elevator) in advance, making it super convenient, because there is no need to line up for queue. You can just show the passport at all the checkpoints. Moreover, the owner can speak and understand english, thank god!. The hotel was a bit far from the east gate(12min walk), but very closed to the bus station(1 min walk just cross the street).

My room was very good and clean, nothing smelled. Really quiet at night. Yen, the boss, is very helpful and kind and speaks perfect English. She helped me with the tickets and everything else. Thank you 😊🙏

Conveniently located within walking distance (10 minutes) of the East entrance of the national park. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Very reasonably priced. Nice big rooms. Big bed. Clean, tidy, well-maintained. Nice and cosy. It felt far more welcoming and homely than big-name (expensive) brands. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in in China. Not because of the hotel itself, but because of the level of service I received from the beautiful husband and wife proprietors. They went well above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible stay. They recommended restaurants, activities, they helped us book tickets, and even helped us get discounted prices. They also told us how and where to catch local buses at a fraction of the price of taxis. They also added my contact so I could call at any time if I had issues. These were all things that they didn't need to do, as they already had my money. I could tell that they genuinely wanted me to have the best possible experience. I will definitely stay again on future visits. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for your help! I hope your business does really well in future. You really deserve it!

Loved our stay here, bed is so comfortable and room is very spacious! Very helpful staff and one spoke english. Foreigner friendly. They mapped out a whole route for us to visit the national park. Lots of great places to eat.

I loved my time at the No. 1 Inn!! Great location next to the bus station and close to lots of food options (I really liked the soymilk at the 特色早餐店 on 未央路 - used to grab one on the way to the east gate in the morning, haha...). It's about a 10 minute easy walk to the east gate which is super convenient. And the lady who runs the place is so friendly and gave lots of great advice on my itinerary and even what buses to take - I followed what she said and had a blast exploring Zhangjiajie Park. She even called ahead to Baofeng Lake (宝峰湖) to confirm I'd have enough time to visit when I first arrived (I got there late, around 3.30pm). The room was super neat, cleaned every day, and bright and airy. Overall, a great stay and I'd recommend this to anyone else coming to Wulingyuan.

Great hotel in a great location, shower and bed were really great. Nice cozy hotel, no complaints at all. The hotel staff spoke English and helped us to book our tickets for the parks and activities, supplied us with a map and gave us detailed instructions and tips on navigation and how things worked. They went above and beyond and made our trip very smooth and stress free. A great stay, highly recommend them!

ตัวโรงแรมจะอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถบัส และใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 10 นาทีถึงทางเข้า Wulingyuan gate ห้องที่พักมี 3 เตียง ห้องกว้าง เพนดานทาเป็นทางสายรุ้ง ในห้องมีฝุ่นบ้างแต่มี sleeper ให้ใส่เดินในห้อง จุดเด่นของโรงแรมนี้ คือเจ้าของผู้หญิง เธอสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ช่วยวางแผนการเที่ยว หรือแก้ไขปัญหาได้ และเธอรู้จักสถานที่ในท้องถิ่น ให้คำแนะนำได้ดี เธอตั้งใจบริการ เมื่อเราอยู่ข้างนอกก็ยังสามารถถามเธอผ่าน WeChat

位置比較優越，在武陵源汽車站的附近，去哪裡都很方便。周圍也很熱鬧了，遊玩吃飯都沒有問題，挺方便的。老闆，老闆娘也很客氣，比較愉快。 房間挺大，洗澡熱水特別大，舒服，乾濕分離，滿意。空調是小米的，挺好用的。價格合理，性價比很高。推薦！

服務還可以，衞生簡直沒辦法理解，到處都是蟑螂，床上爬的還有，沒拍到，這個就有點無法理解了，吹風機也沒有，毛巾也好像用了好幾年的一樣，確實應該整改一下

優點是位置在未央路大街邊，交通方便的，側邊對面就是武陵源汽車站，位置挺好的，坐汽車過來的話不用拖行李走那麼遠。走路去溪布街二十分鐘。附近也很多吃的。離東門標誌門走路十分鐘。老闆有兩間店隔着馬路正對着，叫伊景居，入住時説我們是的房間在對面那家店，感覺轉角一號的房間光線好點，後來又幫到這邊房間了。老闆人人熱情，耐心幫忙講解遊玩路線。 缺點是房間隔音不是好，廁所沒有抽風（也可能是壞了但沒修或者是擺設），房間備的紙巾質量很差，有股味道不能用，看見也有外國人入住的，建議還是可以改善一下。

民宿地理位置非常好，主要看中了離車站近，去景區也不遠，去景區一路上還能吃個早餐，老闆人非常好，很熱心，給講解路線，怎麼遊覽，講的很細。推薦餐館也很好吃，衞生環境中規中矩比較乾淨，樓頂天台有洗衣機可以洗衣服晾衣服，也比較方便，總之這價格來説我覺得性價比還是非常高的。
