Very good experience with this hotel ! Very clean and cosy and right next to the entrance for the park.

Very good service, when arrived, serve tea while waiting for check in. My flight delayed, I am requesting to extend the check out time to 2pm. And allow us to leave the luggage’s there even send us to airport at 9pm.

Perfect location, 10min walk to zhangjiajie entrance, beautiful & cosy rooms, good hearing in winter, good Chinese breakfast, we would definitely go here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. A fantastic 5d4n in SXSJ hotel! Hospitable staff who helped planned and suggested routes to make the most of our time in Zhangjiajie. The hotel is situated along a food street with many choices of delicious Tu ethnic group delicacies. Room was clean and hot water (drinking/shower) available. Highly recommended!

Our stay was comfortable and convenient to the park location along with the restaurants and massage shops. Our room is clean and we stayed there for 4 days. Highly recommended.

This hotel has the perfect location and was staffed by friendly and helpful people! The room and bed were very comfortable and especially after a day of hiking stairs in the park, I really appreciated its elevator. Some rooms are windowless and breakfast was tasty but very crowded.

Amazing value for money!! The room was huge- comfy bed, bath and shower! The location is unbeatable- literally a 5 min walk from Wuliingyuan gate. The breakfast was pretty good and there are plenty of great restaurants to eat near the hotel. Will definitely tell all our friends to stay here

Très bonne expérience à cet hôtel. Le personnel était très sympathique. Ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer des itinéraires dans le parc ainsi que de réserver nos billets à un bon prix. Du thé est offert à l'accueil, ce qui est toujours très agréable. La chambre était magnifique, propre, spacieuse et confortable. La douche était très grande. Le petit déjeuner était simple, mais c'était parfait pour débuter la journée. Plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité de l'hôtel. L'hôtel se trouve à environ 5 min de marche de l'entrée du parc. Le seul point négatif est que nous avons trouvé un cafard dans la chambre lors de notre premier matin. Je réserverai à nouveau dans hésiter.

Из 5 заезд я оцениваю этот отель на 6. Не всякий 5* потянет до сервиса этого отеля. Прекрасные девушки на ресепшн, которые помогают с билетами, такси и маленькими проблемами. Великолепные хаускиперы. Завтрак, который подойдёт даже ориентированному на европейский вариант человеку. Подробнее: Лифт! Приятный запах на ресепшене и очень красивое оформление. Кровати с достаточно твёрдыми матрасами, идеальное плотное белье (полная смена каждый день - можно и реже). После смены гостей одеяла (именно одеяла, не пододеяльники) меняют на чистые - что ещё может лучше говорить о чистоте? Очень много мест для хранения - тумбочки, вешалки, полки, столики. Есть сушильный шкаф. Розетки всех видов в 6 или 7 местах. Шторы блэкаут. Окно с сеткой от насекомых (и фумигатор). Великолепная шумоизоляция! Очень тихий и эффективный кондиционер, который не дует на кровать. Тапочки, весы, мини холодильник, мощный фен, чайник. Вариативное освещение. Санузел с разделением мокрой и сухой зон. Вода в душе сохраняет выставленную температуру. Отличный напор. Много поверхностей для хранения. Завтрак: прикреплю фото. Отдельно отмечу - посуда и приборы в закрытых шкафах! Если китайский вариант завтрака не привлекает - тост с жареным яйцом, овощи, тост с джемом и маслом, кофе - очень неплохой вариант.

Un hotel con un encanto especial, lo elegí para pasar mi cumpleaños y la verdad que no he podido hacer mejor elección. Esta muy cerca de la entrada al parque (son aprox 3 min andando) y te ayudan a montar la ruta de forma totalmente gratuita, para nosotros fue muy útil. Las instalaciones y la habitación estan extremadamente limpias y es muy acogedor. El desayuno nos gusto mucho. La verdad es que ha estado todo perfecto, lo recomendaré para que mis amigos y familiares vayan y espero yo poder vovler pronto. Ha sido un placer celebrar el cumpleaños en éste hotel.
