Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan

The location is perfect- 5 min drive to the national park’s east gate. The room was very clean . Breakfast was varied and ok. Front desk staff were helpful. More training is needed for some things such as clearing dishes at breakfast- not a big deal but it’s not “Hilton “ quality just yet. Overall, a good hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled near the scenic area, its prime location makes it an ideal choice for travelers. The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, and the rooms are designed in a neo-Chinese landscape style, which feels exceptionally sophisticated and tasteful. They are also spacious and well laid-out. Facilities include a swimming pool, children’s playground, gym, and laundry room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. What stood out the most was the hotel’s attentive one-on-one butler service. A special thanks to our lovely butler, Xiao Jia, who not only helped us purchase discounted tickets and reserve entry times but also patiently introduced us to the main attractions, shows, and transportation options inside and outside the scenic area. She thoughtfully planned a route that was more suitable for our elderly companions. Throughout our stay, every request was met with a prompt and effective response. Thanks to your exceptional service, our trip to Zhangjiajie became relaxing, enjoyable, and truly memorable. Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts!

Wonderful hotel, brand new, perfectly curated and spot on service. The hotel itself is beautiful, spottless clean. The room was perfect and super comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows, the shower was perfect too. Also, there were complimentary water and fruit daily in our room. It is very well maintained and you can see the staff replacing and updating the lobby facilities, even if they looked brand new. The staff was very attentive, eager and solved anything quickly. Joanna and her team were always available and with good disposition towards our every needs. Thank you so much for our amazing stay. The staff was super attentive to details, for example they realized I showered twice daily, and the following day they directly put extra towels in my room. That was a super nice gesture. In addition there is a free laundy service, a member of staff is there to clean and pack your clothes free of charge. That was a plus specially in Zhangjiajie where you may need to clean your sports clothes after a day of hicking. Breakfast was good too, complete and with variety. I particularly loved the pool, where you could rest after a day walking and climbing. Would definetely choose the Hilton again when I go back. Was my second time in Zhanghiajie and would definetely come back to this hotel. Ps: loved the panda robot that delivers stuff to the rooms!

I had such an amazing and seamless stay at the hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel was amazingly clean and not too far from the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - East gate, making it easier to navigate. The breakfast was predominantly Chinese style, with limited western options. The hotel was kind enough to let us have a late check out, kudos. The hotel staff helped us book our entrance tickets to the National Forest Park, however, we discovered that we had paid twice as much as we would have paid had we gotten the tickets ourselves on trip.com. The cost on trip.com for 4 days entrance to the National Park is about rmb 227 apx $32 which includes eco bus services, cable car rides, elevator rides, etc (refer to info on this app) Meanwhile, for the same amenities we paid rmb 465 apx $65 PP!!!! Which, if you ask me was outrageous. If you plan on staying here, just be sure to get your tickets on trip or on-site, which I'm most certain you can. Would I stay here again? No. This sole experience ruined the last day of my stay.

5 stars! Butler 海霞Susan (Hai Xia Susan) was exceptional — efficient, accommodating, patient, and thorough. The staff felt like friends, and our room was beautifully new and stylish. A perfect stay!

Excellent service with very helpful managers, including Tony, Lucky and 卢峰 they all went above and beyond to facilitate a smooth check and check out also very helpful during our whole stay with parcel deliveries and making our room safe for our to your toddler. The rooms are spacious clean and very toddler friendly
