Wonderful !! clear and new and fresh hotel the service was excellent and we had lots of fun. Great location 

This is in a great place if you’re here to enjoy the park for a couple of days. Mikey is so incredibly helpful and speaks fluent English. The hotel provides pick up and drop off at the east gate which is really great. Unfortunately we arrived to used tissues in our room around the sink and our while our room was serviced, the servicing was different each day. Sometimes we got our towels refreshed, another time we only got 1 towel. Our cups weren’t cleaned 1 day but were the next. The western breakfast includes: toast with jam and butter as well as a selection of fruit.

This is a new boutique hotel named Utopia Hotel. The hotel has already contacted us 4 days before our check in date to confirm and ask if we need a pick-up. They provide one time free transfer from the city (pick up/drop off) and free transfers to/from the national forest. All the staff, including the owner, were very helpful in purchasing parks tickets and suggesting the routes. They always try to ensure we get everything we need. The hotel has many foreigners, so no worries for communication. The room itself is really nice. Beds are firm. Besides the master bed, there is a tatami bed. The mountain view from the room is amazing! It is a smart room (as in many other hotels in China). The air condition is operated by the Baidu AI assistant. But since it's in Chinese, you can just ask the remote from the front office. They have 2 washer-dryer units, 2 washers, 1 dryer and 1 steam iron on the 6th floor. The detergent is also provided. The location is almost at the end of Baofeng Road and at the quieter side. It's about 15-20 minutes walk to Xibu Road. We can easily find food and convenience outside the hotel. There's a massage place right beside the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious and the service is excellent. The receptionist speaks English fluently She was special by her service and helping us booking all the activities and places we want. Also, they always serves tea if you ask for and there is a place in the hotel lobby for tea. You should try the local tea of the city of Zhangjiajie. But my evaluation of breakfast as a foreign tourist. There are no options for foreigners except toast. Breakfast is Chinese par excellence, but as a foreigner, I cannot accept some options and flavors. Some alternatives must be provided for foreigners such as cheeses, omelets and baked goods such as croissants. I also booked a room with the lake scenic, but the lake is far away by bus and there are no rooms overlooking it.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The experience was above our expectations. The rooms are very comfortable and new, with huge spaces. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry, which was super convenient. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. We were also provided with transfers to the main locations of interest for a reasonable payment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to newcomers to Zhangjiajie National Park. The staff gave us route maps, booked tickets for us, and stayed in contact throughout our stay, even before our arrival. Thank you very much!

Situated just outside Bao Feng lake attraction, they also provided free transportation to send and fetch from the hotel to the national forest park at entrance. Room is clean and they provided free washer and dryer for guests. Hotel breakfast variety is ok but menu is the same daily.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was very kind and very helpful. They enabled us to buy tickets for Tianmen Shan and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park at a discount. They organised free pick up to and from Zhangjiajie Park. The room was extremely clean, very comfortable and up to date. They helped us order food online and brought it to our room. They also gave us a lot of snacks. My sister and I strongly recommend this hotel. The staff contributed to our wonderful experience in Zhangjiajie.

Location is not ideal but they offer a free car service to the park entrance and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. They have laundry self service and an OK breakfast.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff specially the ladies at front desk were very helpful in planing and guiding about each trip. Adjacent to Baofeng Lake scenic area with lovely view from our room’s window. The room has all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. The Free ride to East gate of Forest Park and delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend to our friends.

Not the real 'Four Seasons' you might think of but otherwise, had an overall great experience there. Before the trip, WeChat-ed them and customer service was quick to respond to accomodate and provide transportation pick up service from the train station. However, despite messaging prior to inform about the changes in our number of pax/luggages so that they can arrange for a bigger car to pick up, there was a mix-up as the hotel forgot to cancel the first car allocated to us, leaving us stranded for around 30 mins (in the cold) at the parking lot while we wait for the correct car to arrive. It also wasted the first driver's time as he got there early and waited for us despite us not needing his services in the end.  The hotel itself was located in a nice location, and the room was great. It was high-tech where most of the room controls are controlled by 'Xiao Du' their Alexa/Google Home service which only responds in Mandarin so for those who are unable to speak then there's no use for it. The smart toilet is enjoyable as the seats are heated and the bidet function is much needed. One interesting thing is that one of the windows in all the rooms is always left partially open (unsure the true reason for it) but it may be bothersome to some as we went during winter so personally i didn't mind it as a natural air conditioning since most of the room is heated.  The driver service that the hotel provided can then also be directly hired by fellow travellers if you require the service to get to and fro the different attractions/parks that you would be visiting during your holiday in Zhangjiajie. Overall had a good experience here. Only wished for the hotel breakfast to offer more variety, it was decent enough. 

We stayed for 2 nights and our room was upgraded. It is very pleasant to stay there. They always greet us warmly. We booked our ticket to national forest with lower price and help us for itinerary inside the forest. The itinerary was perfect. We enjoy very much. Without the itinerary, of course we will lost. We also booked ticket for romance show from the hotel. In the lobby, they have snacks and hot tea. Mineral water also provided full.
