New hotel that is clean and rooms are spacious. Offers free pick up and shuttle to “east” gate area. Also can help to buy the attraction tickets. Friendly reception. Helped to receive taobao parcels on behalf as well. Not related to hotel: For free and easy family will highly reco go to east gate at 7am as 9plus onwards the q were horrendous throughout the day.

Great hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. They offer a free shuttle service to the east gate of Zhangjiajie national park. The rooms are very modern and have smart technology, also they will place a little basket with local fruits in your room every day. If you need anything from the hotel and are not able to speak Chinese, just write them via WeChat- they will help you!

Room was great! It was modern and big with all the amenities that a 5 star hotel have. Would really love to compliment about the the great service that the staff offered. We went there with not a clear itinerary in mind they were very knowledgeable and could provide us with a better itinerary that could cater to our needs. Every staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. I could not recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay in this place if i am in zhangjiajie again. A big thank you to all the staff there for making our stay so memorable and pleasant. A downside will be that this hotel is located away from the city area however, if you are looking to relax and wind down aaway from the hustling and bustling city life. I would say definitely go for this hotel! My only minor feedback was that the hotel breakfast could offer scramble eggs as well instead of just sunny side ups.

Location/ 酒店位置；☞ 85％ Depends on the traffic 10-15mins from the east gate & 20-30 mins（￥40） from south gate .Food shops are along the road to the hotel but the road is a steady slop isn't flat. Taxis are rear but the view around is perfect.到景区东门10-15分钟，到南门20-30分钟（￥40自费）楼下路边有吃饭的一些小饭店但走路不平，一直是个上坡。有好多洗脚的。便利店也有。出租几乎没有,得打滴滴。环境倒是特别好。两边都是山，安静，干净 Room房间； Clean卫生 ☞ 90% Bathroom洗手间 ☞ 100% A/C 空调 ☞ 100% Net网速 ☞ 100% Breakfast早餐 ☞ 90% Service 服务 ☞ 95％ (good room services with free fruits delivery & tea) Disappointments遗憾； There's a kind of irritating smell in the hallways & rooms. No free drinks were there in the fridge which were free.走廊和房间里有一种味道不知道是哪来的但确实不香。 本来冰箱里应该有免费的饮料，住3天了但一直没放。

The hotel is amazing. The service is the best, they pick up us at the train station, they book all the entrances for the attractions for us even a women from hotel went to the downtown looking for souvenirs. The room is very comfortable, and you can communicate with them by WeChat. They helped you in anyway specially if you don’t speak Chinese 🥰🥰🥰

Cleanliness: 5 Room cleaned daily, towels, shampoo, bath gel, bed sheets, replaced daily. Everything is so new and clean. Even the ash trays outside for smokers are replaced very often. Location: 5 They have free shuttle between hotel and 东门 (east entrance for 森林公园 between 6am(? Not very sure but i dont wake up that early) and 9pm (why would you stay out that late?) which is really convenient. Service: 5 One of the best services I've had. Really really friendly staff that will asks you if you want tea or coffee and even snacks (chicken feet or duck feet if they have😂) while you're just waiting around in the reception. Helps to book cab, plan itinerary, order food, almost anything you can think of. SOOO FRIENDLY. Literally made my trip as they are so friendly. English speakers need not worry as they have someone who can speak English, so rest assured. Amenities: 5 Washing machine, drier on the 6th floor. Has almost everything you need. 2 bottles of water daily (I had 4 in my room probably cause they noticed I drank alot of water?) Great impeccable service, and their receptionist is really cute 🤭. Smart rooms through usage of xiaodu. (Not sure if it works in english, never tried) If I ever visit Zhangjiajie again, this will definitely be my go-to hotel. Will definitely recommend Zhangjiajie and this hotel to my friends and family. 🤗

Amazing hotel! Rooms are great, tidy and spacious. Breakfast is very tasty. The location of the hotel is nearby Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. One of the advantages is that the hotel provides free transfer to East entrance of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff is really professional, it helps to plan and book trips and taxi.

We had a lovely stay! Especially Lily (speaks perfect English) was a great help by giving us great advice on how to plan our trip to the national parks.
