In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 550 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 190 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 550 m. Mountain railway 500 m, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 190 m, ski school 800 m, children's ski school. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked. 1-room apartment 35 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 2 double fold-away beds (2 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise)). Bath/WC. Heating. Apartment too far from cabins. Dark and especially incessant noise of ventilation in the bathroom !!! Exit with skis by stairs... not practical. No heating for ski boots. Kitchen and bathroom in very good condition. no wifi

The studio is good for 2 people, but for 4 people it is very small.

Appartement fonctionnel. Bien équipé. L'isolation des fenêtres serait à refaire.
