Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, railway station "Zell" 5 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. "Alpenblick", 5-room apartment 110 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: upper floor: 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV and radio. 2 showers, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Lounge with satellite TV (flat screen). Sep. WC. 2 balconies. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. Apartment without front door. Conditions good. no early information about ongoing renovation in the building - noise of hammering. Terrace visible on the photo not accessible to guests - also under renovation, dirty fronts in kitchen

2 Weeks enjoyed a beautiful view. A spacious house, friendly reception. Some downsides: For a house for 9 people, the refrigerator is very small. Unfortunately it was being renovated during our stay. When our 2 year old daughter went to bed around 8 o'clo
