For shared use: pond. Private: property 150 m2 (fenced) with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis. 1.5 km long motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, bus stop "Sturmbach" 500 m, railway station "Uttendorf" 4.2 km, bathing lake "Uttendorf" 6 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 18 km, gondola lift 18 km, ski bus stop 6 km, cross country ski track 6 km, fishing possibilities 500 m. Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Fishing [permit required], on request. The owner who keeps cows on the property comes by daily to milk them. Fishing pond about 500m. €5 per fish caught. Wir waren zum 3.Mal in dieser gemütlichen Hütte. Es war wie immer einfach traumhaft! Die tolle Aussicht, die gute Luft und dazu noch sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen!
