Its a great location but its too dark the hotel inside.

It was in the center of the city and very convenient and clean.

Overall a good stay - stayed in loft Room a bit on the dark side with a small balcony but not much of a view Parking slightly off site but still close - a slight walk with bags Handy to all sights in Zaragoza Kitchen could do with a view more amenities Great to have the use of the washing Machine Thanks

Great location across from the Pilar Plaza. Very nice and courteous staff. We don’t like two things: 1. the room smell like feet-bathroom, shower are in the same small room next to the bed. 2. lightings are all sensor. So when we moved around in bed at night, the light would turn on.

Need improvement in the cleanliness and repair of the property. Locks do not work properly.

One of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel and unfortunately ********** has not been able to react or give the service that is expected of them. The hotel changed all the conditions of the offer that appeared in Hotels. com in addition to extra charges for services offered in the room conditions. Very trendy interesting look to the rooms. Some features are smart and interesting but some lack function. The glass shower very cool look but the stall lacked shelving to hold the soaps forcing you to bend down in a slippery area. The glass bottles holding the soaps was also a poor choice since a slip could create a dangerous situation. The mood lighting was great but when you're checking out especially you want to turn on all the lights to make sure you've not forgotten anything. With all lights on room was still dim. Finally the Nest hub in the room has lighting that goes on and off throughout the night... This became somewhat annoying when trying to fall asleep.
