Perfect choice for winter escape . Beautiful modern hotel . Rooms are very spacious, totally new , with the balcony which opens breathing views . Breakfast has great variety, very delicious cold cuts , local food , pate, pancakes . City is small , the location is very convenient as everything is just around 10 minutes away by car . Hotel located just few minutes away from the bus station .

My husband and I loved our stay here. We rented a studio apartment, with a balcony and perfect view of the Tatra Mountains. The beds, bedding and pillows were wonderfully comfortable and we got some much needed sleep. Service was excellent and so was the location. Loved it.

The on-site restaurant served exquisite cuisine that tantalized my taste buds, while the spa provided a serene retreat. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was available before the official check-in time, allowing me to settle in comfortably. However, there was a minor issue with the bathroom which was promptly and professionally addressed by the maintenance staff. The housekeeping team maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout my stay, and the reception staff were consistently courteous and helpful.

Nicely designed hotel. With and incredible pool area. Great location only 10minute walk to zakopane centre. The staff at the reception were extremely accommodating and friendly even helping me plan a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday.

The hotel is nice with very helpful staff. Breakfast is good and the serving time is awesome as guests can relax and wake up.Enough space for everyone to sit and eat. The kids also have a nice play area.The people at the reception are very courteous and one of them even arranged the transport at the end moment for us to the airport. They even guide if we have any questions regarding the commuting to locations. The timing for the swimming pool can be made continuous and not closed between 12:00-13:00. That was a little weird as guests can go anytime they want during the daytime.
