Fotini and the team looked after us so very very well. Anna cleaned daily and Alma cooked the most amazing breakfasts and snacks all day. Apartment was spotless and quiet yet you are only 5 minutes away from the beach one way and the main strip the other. Would definitely recommend. 3 star accommodation offering 5 star service.

Great place to stay. We spent a week & wish we had much longer. The apartments & snack bar are spotless and the gardens & pool are very well maintained. Food from the snack bar is superb & very reasonably priced. However, what impressed us the most are the people running the apartments. Nothing was too much trouble for Fotina or Alma & we very much appreciated their hospitality. Thoroughly recommended.

First impressions are of a beautiful complex with pool, lovely grassed and clean areas with palm trees and flowers. Lovely welcome by the owner Fotini, she took time to show us the room carefully and explain everything. Room was spacious, typically Greek wood furniture, everything very clean. Small shower cubicle and the door kept falling off the runners but my husband was able to fix it back on. Comfy beds, had to ask for a few more pillows but they arrived quickly. We stayed around the pool some days, it’s a beautiful spot with a quiet relaxing vibe. Very good food and drinks at the snack bar with Alma who was very friendly. Cleaning was very good and everything left nicely clean. Nothing to complain about at all, perfect location between the beach and the *****. All in all a lovely week and we’d be happy to stay there again. Thanks so much!

What a brilliant holiday we had at Kaladonio studios. Fotini the owner does anything and everything to make sure you enjoy your stay. Our room was excellent and kept clean and tidy by Anna. There 10 nights bedding was changed 4 times. The pool area is great to chill out and Alma makes sure you enjoy your food and drink. Been home 5 days and can’t wait to get back booked already for 2025. Thank you Pam and Steve from Leeds.

Having read the excellent reviews on here our hopes were high. However we were extremely disappointed. We thought the air con at €9 a day was a little bit overpriced. Not all the rooms are the same and we think we must have been given the worst. (204) Although the room was a fair size it didn't have any table and chairs inside the room which meant if it rained (Which it did frequently during our stay) you couldn't eat breakfast or any sort of meal. The wardrobes smelt damp and musty. Although we had the usual basic cutlery and crockery there wasn't any cooking utensils which didn't bother us as we have cereals and fruit for breakfast but anyone fancying a cooked breakfast (or any hot meal) will find it difficult. Also we had to ask for a couple of wine glasses as none were supplied. There was no Iron or Ironing board in the room as stated on Jet 2 website. You had to ask to borrow it and return it when finished. But the leg was broken on the Ironing board so it wasn't too easy to use it anyway. How anyone can say the rooms are cleaned to a high standard is beyond us. The cleaner left long dark hairs on the floor (Not ours) and just flicked a dirty looking mop around and never seemed to have a clean bucket of water. The photo of dust under our dressing table highlights this point. Most of the balconies (Including ours) were tiny with barely enough room for 2 people to sit comfortably. This was made worse by the air con unit sited on the floor instead of on the wall where they usually are out of the way. If the air con was switched on hot air was blasted onto the balcony which along with the glass balustrade made the balcony feel like a greenhouse. Even without the hot air from the air con unit it was still claustrophobic. Also the balconies on the first floor don't have a roof so are left open to any rain. So onto our biggest gripe of all. Our bathroom was nothing like the photos on the Jet 2 or Studios websites. The shower cubicle didn't have a door just a small section of glass to part of one side. This resulted in the bathroom and part of the bedroom floor being flooded if we didn't lay most of our towels on the floor to soak the water up. The whole bathroom was poorly designed with a glass basin and top which was never kept clean (Unless we cleaned it) In fairness the hairdryer was quite powerful and efficient. The best bit about the whole place has to be the pool and surrounding area. Plenty of sunbeds and space especially under the trees and always felt clean. The pool snack bar kept running out of certain drinks and was only restocked once during our 2 week stay. They sell 6 large bottles of water for €3 which although a higher cost than supermarkets it does save carrying it back. The amount of regulation notices dotted around the place make it feel like a prison camp. The most petty one has to be not being able to consume your own drinks around the pool including the 6 bottles of water you've just bought from them! The 3 ladies that run

Really nice small studio complex, Fotini and the staff are all amazing and work so hard to make your stay pleasant. The pool area was lovely and peaceful and really chilled out and the food at the snack bar was always very nice. The room we stayed in had a very modern bathroom, kitchen and balcony (only downside were the people in the next room sat on the balcony heavily smoking so we had to sit inside quite a bit of the time) but with a mix of slightly dated wardrobes and drawers. If we were to return to Kalamaki I would definitely book to stay here again. FYI....10 minute walk to the beach and about the same in the other direction to the main strip but enough in the vicinity for you not to venture to the strip if you don't want to.
