Good points Hotel has a good location. great rooms very clean. staff very helpful always frendley great entertainment.momo was brilliant . Bad points Have to pay for air-conditioning 4 euros a night it does say on tui website to be fair food is very simler not a great choice but did mange to find bits we like small pool for amount of guests Overall apart from the food would stop again had a great holiday in zante.

Here is an honest review from our family experience. We are a couple in our late 30s which children age 7 and 2, Good points Location. The hotel was under half an hour transfer from the airport and on a Shelly beach. It was within an area where there were a few shops and a 10-15 minute walk to the strip passing lots of restaurants and bars. You could also have a horse and carriage ride along this path which we did for 20 euros. Staff. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms. We were put in a suite which is a newer build across the road. Rooms were modern and large as was the balcony. Air con was good and WiFi which you have to pay for was good. Bad points Rooms. 5 single beds, all different heights, had to roll down a curb to get to my husband. Mattresses didn’t fit the bed frames. If you wanted a drink, you would have to come out of the suites, away from the small pool, go across the road, into the hotel, Que, and get a small plastic cup. Would take a good 20 minutes for 2 gulps, and of course carry drinks back for your family. Food. You won’t go hungry as there is something to eat. The feta salads were great however the food was just awful and repetitive. We had to eat out majority of nights which the restaurants outside of the hotel were amazing. Would cost about 100 euros a time. There is also no air con at all in the dining areas. Now in August heat this made the dining experience absolutely unbearable. Even the kids were wet through after 5 minutes which just isn’t pleasant when you are eating. There are just 2 fans for the whole dining area ….. if you can get lucky enough to sit by one. Drinks. Now I expect watered down drinks it’s common, however I have never been to a hotel where this is the case with the flat watered down soft drinks and pop. They also turn the machines off in the dining area at the cut off point say 10 am breakfast finishes, the drinks are all turned off on the strike of the clock along will all food removed and the lights turned off! Tui rep. Worst one yet. Simply turned up tried to sell 3 trips. Told us absolutely nothing about the local area, where to put your toilet tissue, check out, nothing. Rely on the app. Entertainment. Shocking. Nothing whatsoever for our children. At the suites pool no music no staff. Main pool hotel side we didn’t even entertain as the hotel felt like they had crammed too many people in for the facilities to accommodate for. On the times we tried to access evening entertainment we would be sat waiting, looking at a very small squared off area near a pool table waiting for the 9pm entertainment that didn’t start until 11pm by which time we gave up with young children and left. Sunbeds, get up early if you want one, but nothing new there. So a bit mixed really. It wasn’t that it was unclean or terribly bad. We had a good holiday but had to spend a lot more money and these issues could be very easily put right with more consideration by the hotel managers.

We stayed there for a week, it was really amazing. Food was really good. Rooms were so clean and we felt cosy….the staff was really great specially the animation team they made us feel really home. As well the house keeping staff was really good they did our room so professional.

Very nice family owned hotel slap bang on the beach....lovely pool area and great staff. Food was good quality and plentiful...we wanted a quiet break and in May you will get that. Negatives are quality of the sun beds and the all inclusive drinks. Wine us ok ..beer so so. Cocktails are all made with a bland cocktail alcahol..and no real spirits available.

This hotel has been the best hotel I have ever been too. First of all, the food was amazing. They had food choices for everyone, kids,vegetarians and pretty much for anyone. The dessert was the best part, the cakes,jello and mousse were amazing. Furthermore, our room was very clean,neat and we had no problems with it. The pool was big, and it also had a kids pool and a jacuzzi. The workers were friendly and caring. The cocktails were so good especially because it was free. I don’t understand why people complain about this amazing hotel. Please don’t listen to the negative reviews. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Would not stay again ! My friend was taken to hospital with food poisoning from eating a hotdog at the pool snack bar. Watered-down drinks, extra charges for WiFi ,aircon and sunbeds on the beach and the thousands of flies is a no from me I will not be returning
