C'eravamo stati 2 mesi fa e adesso siamo ritornati con nostra figlia soprattutto per il centro benessere, unica differenza e che rispetto a prima che era illimitato adesso è 70 minuti e bisogna fare tutto velocemente. Camere pulite ma piccole ed il terzo letto era una poltrona letto, colazione ottima con vista meravigliosa, consigliato. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Let's start by saying that the view from the restaurant and the domain itself are gorgeous. The gardens are very well maintained and have great views overlooking the area. Sadly, it was still a bit too cold to use the outdoor pool during our stay. In fact, this hotel has all the assets to make this a luxurious getaway. However, in reality everything was just very average. We stayed here 3 nights during our vacation in Sicily. When we arrived, there was a wedding party going on. The music was extremely loud, but luckily the party ended around 20.00. This also meant that the car park was full at that time, and we just had to park the car randomly next to the road, which was not that great. We had to hand over our passports for check-in, and had to come pick them up an hour later, something we never ever had to do before, as most hotels just make a copy right away. But apparently they had more 'urgent' stuff to do than to help us there and then. The hotel staff in general was in our opinion a bit arrogant. We got assigned an attic room, even though the organisation we booked with had arranged a standard room for us. The room was OK, but very small and attic-like. The shower could really use an upgrade. The beds were quite comfortable and there was a huge smart TV, which was nice. We had only a window on the roof right above our bed so our room really did not have any view. The view from the restaurant/breakfast area is one in a million, but that is really all there is to say about it. No decorations, flowers or anything. It all felt very cold and without ambiance. The music during breakfast was very cringey. They put on a playlist with loud instrumental saxophone-piano style covers of famous songs, and regularly some Italian advertising popping up between the songs. I guess a paid Spotify subscription was too much to ask for. :) Anyway, we did have a good laugh with it every morning. There were no glasses to drink from, so you had to take a small PLASTIC CUP for your juice/water in the morning, which is just unacceptable for a 4*-hotel. Food was decent with bacon and egg options but most times this was cold already. The buffet was very messy. There were always 3 to 4 people from the waiting staff just standing around, but not doing too much. We made use of the wellness in this hotel, as it was unfortunately too cold to swim in the beautiful outdoor pool during our stay. Half of the wellness is modern and half of it is like being transported back to the 90's. In the entire wellness area you had to use a swimming cap, which is not something we are really used to but did anyway as we are good citizens that follow the rules. :) You can buy these caps for 3 EUR at the reception. The pool is surrounded by mirrors which desperately needed cleaning! The sauna was nice.

The hotel is nice, beautiful location next to etna park and the staff are friendly. However what is the purpose of having an indoor pool and going with kids if under 5 cannot use it. If they are parent controlled. Otherwise can only thank them.

Crossroads between the tiny cities of Etna and the summit of the volcano. Surrounded by greenery, this hotel offers all the necessary comforts for a couple's, family's well-being. Nice staying, highly recommended. Will return for sure.

Perfect hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The garden and pool are fantastic and Mount Etna is nearby, so highly recommended for excursions. The view was beautiful from our room with large terrace. I can only recommend it.

Except for a few individuals, the staff was unfriendly, especially at the spa, the reception, and the breakfast room. Every time we had to make a basic request , they gave us the impression that we were bothering them. Like asking for a freshly squeezed Orange juice, or for towels. The room (a suite) had no towels, and we had to ask twice to get them…We stayed there during the saint valentine and the spa was just unpractical since it was way too crowded. There were no beverages or fruits inside like you can find in most of the spas, and the staff was particularly unfriendly. During the evening, the music was so loud that we had the impression to sleep in a discotheque and when we asked until when they intended to play the lousy music, the answer was rude and just unacceptable. We understand the need to celebrate saint valentine with music to dance, but this should not happen at the cost of other guests‘s tranquility, and certainly not by justifying it in a rude way. .

The location was great! It takes you only 15-20 minutes to arrive at the craters of Etna (Crateri Silvestri). The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. They gave us great tips for our trips. The wellness area was wonderful too and we spent a lot of time there. The rooms are good and facilities too. We definitively recommend you to stay there!

Was a very bad experience. I went there with my mum and we choose to spend time inside the spa and also we choose some treatments. They first didn’t give us enough time then we had to do the massage separate, and after that because my mum went before me when she came back was closing time apparently they just drop her in the hall with all the bags and wet hair saying to her now it’s close. When I came back after my massage I was thinking she was enjoying the spa for the half an hour but in fact she was left in the corridor waiting for me since I started the massage. After that I had to change my clothes in the commonal toilet which wasn’t really a problem but we didn’t have even a hairdryer. We had to leave there with wet hairs both of us which did made us become sick in the afternoon. Also we called before going to ask what we need to bring qnd the lady said about bringing everything like towels bathrobe etc. which in fact we didn’t use nothing , but mostly they didn’t even say to us “oh it will be closing time , so perhaps bring your hairdryer “ or maybe something as “if we would like to change the time because we would have not have time to change properly “ they just told to us to get a room just to shower and change but they didn’t even explain to us. And we said why would we have to get a room for just 1 hour ? We could have used our hairdyer in the commonal toilet. Anyway very very very bad experience. Never go there. I just wanted to spend some time between mum and daughter.

Not recommended!reception kept our ID cards and we spent 2 days looking for these documents, we also filed a police report.we asked many times for hotel to search for ID cards however they kept on telling us to ring again another time. We were sure that our ID cards were at reception but they did not look or search for them. not helpful,at all, arrogant.feedback by manager never received although wrote to them multiple times. Food is not good as well to top up everything. Loss of Identification cards is a very serious event and they kept our ID cards without returning these to us not even upon our departure.

Decent hotel, should be better cleaned though. Room a joke for a 4 star hotel. Bathroom tiny. Restaurant horrible. Never mind what’s on the menu, they bring sth else. Dishes and glasses need to be better cleaned (stains, crusts etc.)
