Zadar center on the ground floor of a small building with a beautiful private yard in the city center, fantastic location only 15m from the main city street Kalelarge and close to all cultural and historical sights, restaurants and bars. Salutation to the sun and the sea organ are only 200m away, while the first church is only 15m away. Parking is available throughout the city, in the season it is paid from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm every day, while in autumn and winter it is only available until 4:00 pm, and it is free on weekends. The nearest parking lot is only 15 meters away.
The studio is located in a former winery and is made of stone with antique elements of load-bearing beams. The yard itself is closed and private and provides a pleasant atmosphere for rest with a swing that guests can enjoy when they are in the apartment. Also, the courtyard itself is typically Dalmatian and gives guests the opportunity to experience the local experience.
Guests have access to a closed courtyard next to the studio, where it is very pleasant to stay even on the hottest summer days. With a swing, you can enjoy a typical Dalmatian courtyard in the city center in a very seaside location. Nearby there is a small park, several restaurants, a promenade, churches and museums, as well as the sea and the unique art of the sea organ.
We give our guests a choice. We certainly assume that they came to rest and enjoy the architecture of the yard, and we would be happy not to disturb them. we are always available via sms, mobile or app. If the guests prefer socializing, we will be happy to respond.
The location itself is fantastic, very isolated, yet in the center of the city, so guests can decide for themselves whether they will enjoy the city's monuments and entertainment or retreat to the solitude of the yard and the apartment. It is also close to the sea as well as all activities and restaurants. Everything is accessible on foot.
