Four Points by Sheraton Yuma

Stayed here for work and had a good stay. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean. Conveniently located for the places I needed to go. Room was cleaned every other day. 1 free bottle of water in the room at check-in and when room was cleaned.

Lovely new hotel. Friendly staff and fabulous pool area which we used every day. Corn Hole games by the pool but no beanbags to throw or signs where to get? Tricia at front desk was helpful and we were upgraded to a suite (Titanium member) for 2 of our 4 nights which we really appreciated. Didn’t rate the onsite Boston Pizza restaurant that great for included breakfast credit. Was noisy and no atmosphere. Rooms very nicely decorated and good wifi and guest laundry. Easy parking and Arbys next door.

First off, Tricia at the front desk.. AMAZING lady!! She immediately made my family and I feel welcome as soon as we walked through the doors. Tricia was so genuine, kind and knowledgeable about the hotel. She informed us about the surrounding locations .. and gave us a few recommendations about where to eat including the Boston’s Pizza Restaurant inside the hotel (delicious). Apart from Tricia being so gracious, the location is perfect!! You’re not far from movies, shopping or the border to Mexico depending on what you’re looking to do in Yuma. It was my first time in Yuma and I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for my family and I. It was clean, modern, spacious and the hotel staff was very pleasant!! If you decide to book here you won’t regret it.

Beautiful new hotel off of I-8 in Yuma. Sparkling, clean rooms, efficient staff. Nice bar and grill (Boston Pizza) in lobby. Good security with key access to all exterior doors. Complete fitness room. Lovely outdoor pool area. Had a great night's sleep at this quiet hotel.

I think the man’s name was Aaron? He was the check in guy and he couldn’t have been nicer. He went out of his way to get me a rate I could afford. Nobody does that. He was so pleasant and accommodating, I’ll for sure be coming back. I hope he gets paid well because he made this first night of our trip memorable in the best of all ways.

Came here for vacation. This was our first time staying at this hotel. We typically stay at a hotel nearby. The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is friendly. We ate at the restaurant attached and the food and service was great. The room was spacious including a microwave, fridge, and coffe maker. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a cut above with longes, beds, tv, and heated. One complaint that there was a party in the jaccuzi blasting Spanish music although the hotel played music it was overshadowed by the loud music of the party of approximately 10 to 15 in the jacuzzi. Most of the party left through the parking lot but some of the party went into the hotel. Staff came and went delivering towels but did not address the overcrowding and music. The manager of the hotel checked on me during mt stay. I thought it was a nice gesture and I appreciate his thoughtfulness. Again, very very nice hotel and we will be back.

After covid cases surged down, Yumi was the best place for a refreshment. MUST try the tempuras! The place had a nice vibe with excellent customer service and had an amazing poolside overview of the busy Dhaka city.
