The atmosphere was great, food was great, employees were all so kind and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, fully stocked. My only complaint was the AC unit in the room. It was so stuffy- the fan doesn’t constantly run and it was so quiet in the room you could hear every noise around you. I prefer hotels that have an ac fan you can run to help cover the noise of staying in a hotel.

All the staff were professional & helped make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were large & immaculately clean. The concert venue was nice & we had good seats up near the stage. It wasn’t a huge venue.
Be prepared there are no other businesses around for miles so bring special food, snacks etc. Food is limited inside

Dinner at the bar at Council Oak Saturday was great! My Mom and Sister loved the Cosmos and Risotto, great food great service.

The hotel stay was perfect as we were attending a concert and we wanted to be close. Our only complaint was 3 restaurants were open and the lines were long. This was a Tues night and we were told they asked the 3rd to open for the event. Otherwise a great stay

The ****** was very nice and clean inside. The parking area was littered with trash and just plain dirty. It was easy to get in and out of concert venue. The room was very nice. Staff was great at hotel desk. We checked in on waitlist for restaurant to eat. No one ever text us back. Had to eat snacks we brought. Not happy.

This was a very nice hotel. But what was even better is the staff for the hotel as well as the staff for the ****** including the dealers were impeccable. You can tell that they consider customer service at top priority and I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything was fantastic but again like every other Hotel. My wife is disabled and the bed is always too high. No way to negotiate getting her in there
