There are two spacious and cozy bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable king bed and a 50-inch flat screen ROKU TV. Log in with your own ROKU account and watch your favorite shows and movies from the comfort of your bed. The home also offers the perfect work area in the living room stocked with a desk, chair, and mesh WIFI access. A colored printer is also provided for all your printing needs from business documents to printing tickets for local events.For some indoor fun, head down to the basement where you'll find a pool table, comfy couch, and a massive 75-inch TV. Perfect for movie nights or a game of pool with family and friends. There's a washer and dryer combo available in the basement to be used at your convenience. Hi I am Kathryn.My family moved here from The UK 9 years ago.And bought this Charming home .Attached to the main building .is a cozy 500sq ft self contained apt free from contact.With ample street parking .We are the perfect stop over being a half Way between Chicago and New York. 7mins away from In I80 E or W ext 229 or route 711 ext 228a off Belmont ave .15min to MahValley race course ,5 min to St Elizabeths ,Y.S.U, Covelli ,Downtown .Lords town is 20 mins away.3mins to Youngs.C.Club.The spaceThis cozy 500sq ft apartment has a feel of being in a wood cabin ,there is a flight if STAIRS to access the apt .You can then relax-looking out if the window at tree tops in a recliner,rocking chair or sit in the garden and listen to the birds in the morning.There is a 55inch T.V to relax while laying on the sofa in the lounge.There is a kitchen with a full cooker,fridge freezer microwave,,Toaster and lots more.I do provide coffee maker,coffee ,Tea sugar and creamers .A bathroom with Tub and Shower .Separate bedroom .luxury 16 inch memory foam mattress on the full size bed .there is a dresser and a desk ,a comfortable chair for relaxing. AlsoThere is a fully sprung portable single bed with a memory phone topper that will be based in the lounge for the extra guest on request when booking .We do have A C based in the lounge and the bedroom windows also ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedroom for the summer months.In the winter months you have heating throughout with your own controls based on the wall in the lounge .Guest accessGuests have access to there own carriage style front.With a door leading to a private apartment.There is a lockbox on the left hand side with the keys .Code will be released when booked there is space to hang your outdoor wear if needed and a flight of stairs leading to your apt door.This apartment is located at the back of the main house .Please walk along the right side of the property turn left past a screened in porch you will see a front door with a lockbox on left. .Please park your car on the street in the front of the main house .Other things to noteWe do have a Golden Retriever pup .He lives in the main house .The washer is large and new the dryer is apt size .both are located on the left in a little room as you walk Through the main front door before you go upstairs.There is public transport if you prefer there is Uber and Lyft. First huge bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a futon that can be used as an extra bed, quiet reading area or relaxing while watching a good movie on Prime or Netflix. Business professionals will enjoy the spacious work desk with a light and a charging station for more than one smart phone or tablet. Also, there are two spacious closets and a full length mirror.Second bedroom also has a comfortable queen size bed with a variety of soft to firm pillows to suit your liking. Bedroom has a large closet, Fire tv and a digital clock with built in phone charging ports.Bathroom is completely stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes and towels, blow dryer and curling iron. Extra bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are located in the closet right outside the bathroom.Outside is a huge front covered porch with a dining table and chairs. At the other end of the porch is a sofa, coffee table and two chairs to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Backyard is completely fenced-in with a deck and BBQ grill. Finish off the evening relaxing by the fire pit with Tiki Torches and Market lights gleaming above. (Note: fire pit, porch and deck furniture are seasonal only (late March until end of November).Guests have access to the full basement to use the washer and dryer except one storage room. Detergent, spot removal, dryer sheets, clothes basket and drying rack provided.
