ทางเข้าหาอยาก ไม่มีพนักงานตอนรับ และ ระหัสที่ส่งให้ ทางเมล์ ใช้ไม่ได้ ต้องโทรไป ขอ และถ้าคนต่างชาติไม่มีเบอร์ภายในประเทศ ค่าโทรแพงมาก และ พนักงาน สำเนียง ไม่ใช้ อังกฤษ หรืออเมริกัน ฟังยากมาก ตัวเลข ฟังไม่ออก จนมีเพื่อนบ้านมาช่วยฟัง โดยรวม ไม่ ok The entrance is difficult to find, there is no receptionist, and the code sent via email does not work. You have to call to ask for it. If you are a foreigner and do not have a local number, the call fee is very expensive. The staff's accent is not British or American, which is very difficult to understand. I could not understand the numbers until a neighbor came to help me listen. Overall, it is not okay.

這是我在英國這幾天住的最好的一個酒店，類似於國內的民宿，但是乾淨衞生，關鍵是房間很大，還有的都有，離約克車站我不選，離很多景點也不遠，強烈推薦

I would avoid this place at all costs. It’s well priced which is why we booked it to be fair but we would honestly recommend spending a little bit more, we should have read more of the reviews. I e check d in on Friday night and after coming back to the hotel after a meal out, there was a guy who was most likely on ***** or if not extremely drunk, it turned out he was staying at the hotel as we had to walk around him to get to our room. Unfortunately not long after this we could hear lots of loud shouting and fighting in the room with severe threats from the couple who were staying, we are pretty sure it was the same guy from outside. We messaged the hotel but heard nothing back, we then sent them further messages along with videos of the noise and threats, still nothing. This went on until 1am when they stopped arguing but started playing loud music. We then contacted the hotel again as we didn’t want another night of this, ignored. The following day, We rang them and they answered straight away so we knew we had the right number. We understand the hotel can’t control who stays and their behaviour. However, the fact that they have ignored us and not dealt with the situation speaks volumes. In the end we only had one night without much sleep but all of this was made worse due to their lack of response. We can’t recommend the hotel on this basis.

Well I can't say enough good things we arrived early due to storm Darragh we were welcomed with open arms the really nice man said we could go to our room to put bags in but room wasn't quite ready which was fine as we only wanted to dump the bags and go lovely clean warm room walk to centre was nothing really, already booked for next year thank you for letting us leave the car longer really helped us out

On arrival you are expected to ring a doorbell and a little guy comes from a side shed to assist you. There is no reception desk. To be fair he was friendly enough, let us leave our cases in a room that wasn't quite ready as we arrived an hour earlier than check in time. We left at this point and first impressions meant, we didn't want to rush back. 7.30pm we returned, the rooms are BASIC, but also freezing, damp, musty and old. No breakfast is available. Felt like we were staying in an hostel for abusers. Tea and coffee provided, (the only positive.) Underwear and sanitary pad left in the drawer from previous customers. We had a small electric heater to heat a very cold room. Extra blankets taken from the wardrobe were musty and very old smelling. The bathroom was small, shower was adequate (and provided some heat). Patches of damp, which I can excuse in a bathroom, but on this occasion was another insult to injury. TV and internet access was ok, free wifi. Our room was right next to main entrance, had people coming and going throughout the night right up to around 2am. The gap under our door was huge and had to be covered with a towel to block out draft and sound from other ignorant guests. I have never felt so unsafe in a room ever, even being with my husband I felt very uneasy. The location is about 20 min walk to center. The area of the 'villa' felt quite deprived compared to other areas we have stayed. Parking....there are 4 parking spaces charged at £7 a night. First come first served. The guest handbook informs you that both alcohol and takeaways are PROHIBITED (which I find unreal considering there is nowhere to provide food or drink) However, I wasn't risking eviction and a fine so stuck with the coffee. Following about 4 hours sleep and the most disturbed sleep ever, we upped and left the accommodation at 6.30am. We couldn't wait to leave. Sorry but we won't be returning again. And would advise don't go alone (if at all). This was a last minute booking, in my opinion not worth the money we paid at all. In future I would pay the extra to feel safe and have a decent rest.

Just returned from an overnight stay at this great B&B. Extremely clean with an excellent cooked breakfast.The owners were away, but the lady holding the fort was very welcoming & gave my son & i good directions to York centre,where we @ a concert.Thanks also to the polite young lady that served our breakfast......would stay again & recommend to anyone.......Thanks again.....Dad n lad .....room 6
