My stay was amazing! I was earlier that the check-in time and that was not a problem. The woman also give my a free upgrade of the room. The location is also perfect, I will stay here again. Thank you!

Great location. Great room. Great view from the room and accomodation. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Would very much recommend.

The inn is located near the entrance so don't have to lug the luggage too far in as cars are not permitted in the area. The inn overlooks the river. The staff met us at the entrance. Appreciated staff's help with moving the luggage on a hot day. He was able to help book transport out of the area to the train station the next day and advise on the timings of the shows in the scenic area.

I recently stayed at Baihe Wharf Inn, and overall, it was a decent experience. The service was acceptable; the staff were polite and generally helpful, although not particularly outstanding. The facilities were adequate, providing the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, but nothing out of the ordinary. In summary, Baihe Wharf Inn is an okay place to stay. It met my basic expectations, but don't expect anything too special. It’s a suitable option if you need a place to stay without any frills.

Clean and cosy, traditional-style guesthouse. Friendly and helpful manager, Ms Liu 刘小姐 arranged car for us travelling to and from the train station and Furong Gucheng. She also recommended a small Chinese restaurant to us for dinner, with reasonable prices. Ms,Liu also recommended that we watch the show, which was spectacular.

Room was large and the view from the room was stunning. the road to the hotel doesn't friendly wtth the lugguage you need to carry but it's good that hotel not too far from the entrance. hotel manger provide a free pickup service. bad thing is the resturant below was so loud fourtunately 10 pm it close.

my stay was really made great by the very attentive reception staff! even though we could only communicate via translation app, all my questions got answered and my stay was very pleasant! definitely make use of the free pick-up and affordable station drop-off service!

It was nice hotel, room is very clean and big. There has balcony and Chinese tea table. Staff is very kind. So very appreciated 😃

It’s a very small town, so this place is walkable distance to the river. You have to pay to enter the entire Furong town, and booking of this hotel does not include the entrance fee. Our ticket price into furong town was about RMB110 per person. We booked the family suite, which has two rooms. But only one room has the toilet.

I travel alone and I love living the local experience. This hotel met my expectations. 10 minutes from the train station by car. My room was small, rustic style. Clean room, with a small terrace to have a hot drink. It has good views of the super part of the waterfall. The bathroom is local style. When I arrived at the train station, they took care of taking me to the village and at the entrance I was able to buy the tickets to enter the town. The lady at the hotel reception was very kind to me. I would definitely come back.

Super place and great staff 💪🏼 location is amazing

Location is good, there are plenty of eletrical outlets in the room which is very convenience. The hotel staffs assisted picking up and droppung off from high speed train station. Good baule.

I booked this hotel again after one night, so we had to move to another room next door because the one that we stayed in was already sold. It was a corner room, which didn’t smell damp at all comparing to the previous room. The interior is 95% the same , the only difference between rooms were a tv shelf and the headboard of the bed had different shape. The only things that bothered me was poorly working shower door, it was so hard to close it that it felt like it could break any moment and a hole in the blanket case.
