Untuk fasilitas cukup sangat memuaskan dan untuk masukan breakfast di tambah lebih menarik lagi untuk dessertnya,dan pengalaman pertama saya datang untuk bellman ya aga pada cuek ya tidak ada insiatif untuk nyapa ataupun bantu tapi untuk pelayanan security ya good job sangat membantu tamu

Room is spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast is good and a lot of selection foods. My kids like eating bread and milk. Room price is still ok. Worth it. The hotel is located near by Pakuwon Mall and easy access to the city. Mbak Hana is polite and helpful. Nice stay in Grand Keisha.

We super excited about our staycation on our special day after our marriage in Grand Keisha Yogyakarta. Sweet, clean, comfort, cute, romantic design room 😍. Very complete amenities👍. Delicious food for breakfast 🤤. We love the chicken curry ❤️. Warm and friendly service🥰. We always want back staycation in Grand Keisha to escape from our daily routine. Will be here next time. 🫰

Iis a good server, help a lot which area to go for shopping.The serves is well good. Will highly recommend this hotel to relative & friends. Hotel breakfast serves a good spread of food and drinks. Very good.

The Service is good. We were having good time for having a wedding package experience. The hotel provides a profesional wedding organizer and Service during the event and the hospitality. I Will definitely recommend the hotel to other friends

The hotel is very comfortable, hotel service is also very good and all employees are very friendly. the food provided for breakfast is very plentiful and also delicious. the room is spacious, clean and the interior is also very nice. thank you grand keisha for a very pleasant experience.

Stayed here for a few nights and liked the room overall. Staff were also very nice! However, there were a few weird / uncomfortable things about the hotel: - one of the ceiling/wall lights in the room literally had no switch to turn it off and I had to call the technician to come and disable it - there was no conditioner but there was shampoo (expected better from a 4-star) - restaurant was pricey and food was not good at all - location was kind of far from central Yogyakarta activities and restaurants Overall it’s not the worst place to stay given the good price I paid, but would rather pay a bit more and have a more comfortable stay
