Wooden villa 2001, downstairs living room with sofa bed for two, kitchen, hallway, vestibule, bedroom with double bed, wood-fired sauna, washroom, toilet in the washroom, dressing room/utility room, terrace.
Upstairs: lounge with sofa bed for two and sofabed for one, two bedrooms with two beds in each, toilet, closet, spacious balcony. Smoke sauna building (40 m²) with room with fireplace and electric light.
The villa has baking oven, cooling/warming inverter air heat pump (upstairs and downstairs), central vacuum cleaner and mechanical ventilation.
The downstairs rooms and access to the dock are suitable for the disabled.
Villa on a flat grassy plot. There is a spacious grill hut and fixed barbeque place outdoors on the beach.
There is a two-car carport.

By separate agreement / payment for rent smoke sauna (40 m²) where also a room with fireplace and electric lights. The owner also outboard motor for boat as well as hot tub. There is 1 hot tub in shared use with 2 cottages and therefore it's recommened to book it in advance (owner's contact details will be sent after booking the cottage).
Next to the plot there are blueberry, lingonberry, cranberry and cloudberry picking areas when berry season is on.
