"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Yibin Hualuxe Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful traditional Chinese architecture blended with modern luxury. The location is perfect, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the service, specifically from a staff member named Maggie. From the moment we arrived, Maggie went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth were evident in every interaction. She was incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations and assisting us with every request promptly and efficiently. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. Thanks to Maggie, our stay was not just a hotel visit, but a memorable experience. "The hotel is new and the amenities are great! We're greeted by two young and lovely ladies (Rose and Zoe) upon check in. As the day we checked in was the Dumpling festival, we were treated with yummy dumplings for this festive event. "We stayed in the hotel for several nights. The room is big and has a walk-in closet. We could easily manage our luggages and extra clothes. The service was excellent throughout. Breakfast buffet are mostly Chinese food. But I think that is reasonable because most guests are Chinese."
