Constantinou Bros Pioneer Beach Hotel

This was our 3rd visit to this fantastic hotel, and yet again we where not disappointed. There are so many people who deserve a mention, Staff in the Odyseaus, and leader WONDERFULGeorge, and Laura doing the aquafit, to Roshan collecting orders and serving drinks around the pool and gardens. And of course the fantastic Valia, but as said the complete staff are a credit to the hotel. The choice and quality of food in all restaurants is excellent, as are the quality of drinks in bars. I have mobility issues and find the hotel is well suited to my needs. The rooms are very clean and well equipped, as is the entire hotel. This hotel can be summed up in one word................................ WONDERFUL ! We are coming back next year, but not before an unexpected return in September due to our other holiday this year suffering s glitch meaning we where able to rebook back here instead. We arrived on the 13th of July for 10 nights. We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and returned for a second stay, we have never returned to any other hotel that we have previously visited but as we enjoyed it last time, we returned for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were greeted by Valia who welcomed us to the hotel and provided us with our keys, and actually spent time chatting and was genuinely interested in finding out about what we enjoyed about the hotel previously, and also let us know about new programmes and events they have added. We booked the superior deluxe room with sea view, but were upgraded to a suite, and I have to say it really was lovely! Our booking came with a cabana, which was allocated, we received a key for the lock box that was attached to the cabana which was big enough to lock our phones in, but you could fit a small tablet in them. The towels were placed on the sun beds in the cabana every morning, we were also given a mobile phone, this was so you could call the pool bar and order drinks to the cabana, however, we weren’t that far from the bar so didn’t use it. Staff at the pool bar were amazing. They did not stop, from the time they arrived, to the time they left. Special thanks to Aruna and her colleagues, she was always smiling, and remembered what we drank. It was so hot, and they made sure that everyone stayed hydrated. We were greeted at the restaurant by Rebecca, who seated us either inside or out depending on our preference. Special thanks to Monir who had the biggest smile contagious laugh, he really was a delight and nothing was too much trouble for him, he was an expert at sorting our wobbly table if we had one. Food was fantastic, even moving the restaurant outside for a bbq. Entertainment was pretty much the same as last time we stayed, with added pool party vibes. The cleaners did a fantastic job, and the beds were really comfortable. If you are thinking of booking this hotel, d it!! We will be back next year.

Visited Pioneer Beech on 23 July for 10 days. Great holiday and as good as Asimina suites which we stayed at last year. Junior suite excellent with Elite card option. All a la carte restaurants were excellent and the buffet proved very good but a little busy. All the staff at the hotel are exceptional and go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. Their training and positive attitude to their jobs is a credit to the hotel and the way it is Managed. There are to many individuals to mention specifically but a special message of thanks to Valia who helped us retrieve luggage that we had left in our room. On our return to England we received an email saying it had been found and it would be sent us. We received the clothes back posted within 2 and a half weeks of or return home. Exceptional service even after our holiday. Management please thank Valia personally for her help in finding and returning our clothes so quickly . We will return to the hotel and certainly use and recommend Constantinou hotels in the future. Thank you for a great holiday experience Dave and Jan Pidgeon

Food was amazing 5* Rooms were small & dated.Bed was really comfortable.Balcony needed updating.We paid for an upgrade "Room with seaview" this was really disappointing (see pic attached) it was more "partial seaview" or "limited seaview" Majority of staff were super friendly especially at the pool bar & worked so hard. Sunbeds around the pool were literally on top of each other (sardines spring to mind) sunbeds were being reserved from as early as 5am & not being occupied til later morning!! Entertainment was okay. The roof top bar was my fave & the best place to be for the most amazing sunsets. The beach was okay I highly recommend beach shoes though. Bus service was great. Check the price with the taxi driver before getting into the cab.
