Omg what a fantastic place . Stayed at this resort as my daughter was getting married 6th july24 everything about it was fabulous the staff was so helpful and friendly from the top to the cleaners our cleaner was beautiful very short hair and tiny. zanis the manager wow what a guy.had time for everyone and got a kiss on our cheek now and then .they all deserve a rise . Apartments where so roomy and the beds where so comfortable everyone went above and beyond. The food. entertainment. Lots to do for the kids . Just a - mase- ING Zanis your the man had time for everyone 2 kisses next time zanis

While the décor has a slightly older charm, the rooms are equipped with a kitchen and the necessary tools for light cooking, making them perfect for a convenient and cozy stay. Many rooms provide beautiful views of the pool or the lush gardens, adding to the resort's serene atmosphere. A special mention goes to Kostis and Kostas at Reception for their outstanding assistance and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to ensure our requests were met, making our stay even more pleasant and stress-free. Aliathon Resort combines comfort, attentive service, and a great location, making it a fantastic choice for a memorable holiday in Paphos. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff (hotel and HV purples), delicious food (Mexican and Cypriot restaurants are a lovely extra), so many drinks options, comfortable modern family rooms (Ionian), great pools (cold in April and none are heated), beach and plaza on the doorstep (supermarket, bars, restaurants etc) lots to see if you go walking along the beach front including Sunset point, gym with indoor pool a nice little extra, Spa was very well priced for so many treatments.....all round a fab place to spend a week in the sun early in the year (pack a jacket or jumper for the evening as it's get very chilly after the sun goes down) Weather whilst we were here reached highs of 26 and lows of only 22 so pretty good weather for April.

Lovely family holiday here during Easter holidays We stayed at the “fishing village” part of the complex. It was in the centre of the resort, which I was a bit worried about the noise, though nothing materialised even with a wedding and the night entertainment. Great friendly welcome from Ioannis and the team. Also the Holiday Village team were always around during the day making sure the guests were looked after - great lass from Ireland…there is plenty to do around the resort - just across the road from the beach. All inclusive bands mean that we were able to use quieter areas / bars around the resort. Great food - don’t miss out on the Cyprus corner at breakfast some really good treat there ! Booked with TUI so great flight availability as well - we would visit again 👍 Couldn’t fault the place. The hotel complex is away from the Paphos old town so there’s not too much drama going on in the evening. Proper cycle hire on the block - Aspire cycling- just make sure you book early!

This is our second visit to Aliathon, the first being 7 years ago. Firstly, yes the pool is freezing ... but it's April so we expected that, the children seem unphased though as long as the sun is out. The plusses being there are lifeguards and floats are allowed. Food wise, both my fussy eater and adventurous eater were happy, lunch and breakfast are similar most days but evenings vary with themes and plenty of choice! There's also a daytime snack bar and ice cream bar serving salads, sandwiches, chips burgers etc. The wine wasn't for me but there's a good selection of cocktails and local spirits are lovely! If you want sonething not on the drinks menu, bar staff were really accommodating! The hotel itself is kept really clean and staff work exceptionally hard. The manager had a constant presence and was also really friendly and willing to help! There's a great range of daytime activities both pool and non pool based. Nightime entertainment was fine but it was outside and the weather meant it was chilly so most people preferred the inside bar! House keeping worked hard to keep the rooms clean and tidy and towels refreshed regularly. Beds were comfy and rooms are a decent size for the amount of time you spend in them. Overall we love this hotel and are so pleased we came back as a family. Our only suggestion would possibly be a night or two of live music at the inside bar maybe, but other than that we'd definitely recommend for families!

If this hotel is all you can afford…then expect what you have paid for. We paid £2200 for all three of us with a free child place for a week all inclusive with flights and transfers. I will try to bare this in mind writing this review. This is quite a basic hotel… the dinner buffet has the usual salads/breads and three or four other meals which were adequate. The desserts were actually very good!! The breakfast is better. The white wine in the all inclusive is AWFUL. I paid for wine. The beer is ok. The pools are FREEZING. And they don’t look clean. Not many children were swimming at all. We got a swim up room…. You cannot use the pool. It is like an ice plunge pool. Getting a swim up room is pointless before August/September id say. The indoor pool is also cold. The swim up room is perfectly adequate. Quite small but did the job. The towels in the bathroom look 10 years old at least BUT … remember what we paid. The sunloungers are in a bad state, really bad, stained and mouldy. They do need replacing. The resort is over run with stray cats which becomes irritating after the initial novelty has worn off. The staff here are polite and attentive. All of them. They really do try their best. The evening entertainment was nothing short of bizarre. One night was one man playing a Saxophone. He was amazing…but not one child was listening. And most adults weren’t…It’s not what children want on holiday. And let’s face it.. we only go to holiday villages for children. The actual resort is quite pretty looking like a village. Our family spent a lot of time out in a three person scooter exploring Cyprus which we’d highly recommend. The harbour is lovely also and worth a visit. In summary we had a great time because we went out and about. Had we stayed in the resort with our child unable to swim due to the cold pools we would have really struggled. All in all we had a great time but that was because we went out and about every day. The staff make this place.
