Nice place to stay great location staffs also good have best restaurant in Yerevan Rooms very clean

The hotel is well located in the city center but some rooms are very noisy. The staff is friendly but not experienced.

這是一家本土5星，衞生間牆地面採用了亞美尼亞特有的米色調、粉色調火山巖，我個人很喜歡覺得很有特色，但我家胖子吐槽孔洞太大不夠平滑；潔具未採用國際五星酒店一般會用的那幾個高端品牌而是採用的本土品牌、所以使用感略遜，也被我家胖子吐槽一番。但即使挑剔如他，也承認這家的自助早餐一流（開餐時間7：30-11：00，其實應該算brunch）：三文魚不限量；每天新換幾種特色本地熱菜；各種乾果與新鮮水果的品質極佳，我們的足跡在近些年幾乎踏遍周邊地區，包括土耳其、俄羅斯、印度、埃及、伊朗、阿拉伯半島等，都是深度遊，加起來有大半年時間，對這些地區農產品較為熟悉，在這家酒店吃到了上等杏幹以及極酸甜可口的西梅幹；俄式小菜也是上等的，酸黃瓜都是僅兩三釐米長的乳黃瓜；以及藍紋奶酪、上等風乾牛肉、頂級培根等……我倆天天逛超市，對亞美尼亞的物價很清楚，幾乎與國內一、二線物價齊平，所以這些精挑細選的食材售價不菲，足見酒店誠意。 酒店從前台到餐廳到客房都非常温和有禮，入住這些天，留下了十分美好的印象。

Прекрасное расположение, уровень сервиса и услуг на высоком уровне , персонал отзывчивый, ресторан при отеле тоже шикарный , безумно вкусная еда, классная музыка , обслуживание топ !!! Оооооочень Внимательный персонал 👌👍🙌 С удовольствием вернусь сюда !!!! Рекомендую с двумя руками 🙌

Отличный отель,прекрасная локация,бассейн и две бани работают круглосуточно,дружелюбный ,отзывчивый персонал,,все супер

We had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was terrible, and to make matters worse, we were falsely accused of damaging furniture and charged a significant amount. The security manager was very aggressive and did not allow us to bring our luggage down to the reception. We were forced to pay because we needed to catch our flights and my family were terrified . Additionally, the music was extremely loud, causing the whole building to shake, especially on the second and third floors. Such practices need to stop, as they are ruining the reputation of the establishment and the country.

I had a horrible experience at National Hotel and have never been treated with such disrespect, in my many decades of travel. I had a booking last week and arrived in the middle of the night, very tired and looking forward to a few hours of rest before a full work day. I had informed the hotel by email the day before of my late arrival. However when I checked in I learned that they CANCELLED my room booking! The only available rooms were a corner studio and a presidential suite, both of which had significantly higher rates than the one I booked. They refused to honor the rate I booked despite the fault lying with them. As it was the middle of the night I had no choice but to stay in one of the more expensive rooms, with the promise that the error would be sorted with the manager the next morning - since the night clerk had no power to make these decisions. Unfortunately the next morning I was only offered a small discount on the higher rate - still significantly higher than the rate I booked. The same clerk was at the desk and did not allow me to speak directly to the manager on the phone. I decided to check out and move to the Yerevan Place Hotel (highly recommended) at which point the National tried to claim that I owed an ADDITIONAL second night due to "late cancellation." I was shocked at the audacity and greed, and the fact that they were punishing me for THEIR mistake. I refused and paid the one night and gladly left. But I need to warn future travelers that this hotel does not care about customer service and does not only not correct their mistakes, but tries to make the client pay for them. They had no excuse to cancel my original reservation and nearly left a tired traveller stranded without accommodation. There are many excellent hotel options in Yerevan so avoid this one.

The tech music downstairs is so loud the last two days here, we can’t sleep. No ear plugs help snd the sound vibrates the bed. So disappointed in such a nice hotel and not to be warned this occurs every evening. Don’t stay here if you expect to sleep before midnight !

Great location, we walked to all the main places in Yerevan from our hotel, no need for taxis from this location. The tour buses are also just a stone drop away. The breakfast is very pricy and you can find much cheaper and still excellent breakfast just meters away. The room which was a suite, was also great. Will book again

Wouldn’t rush back Would have expected more for a 5 star hotel ! We booked a suite which lived upto expectations However …. My main complaint…..was we arrived at approx 2-30 pm and completed credit card check and forms to fill and passport checks all done within a few minutes ,we were ready to get to our room ,but ….no …..check in ..we were told was 3 pm ,the girl said it’s too early yet …. We had to hang about the lobby till 2-58 Not impressed… Then the fight to get an elevator So there are only 2 and the cleaning and maintenance staff use them up and down to -3 it seems where they work from ,we were level 6 so ,there was just about every time a wait and share the elevator with cleaning staff (Remember this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel !) Generally good room apart from getting bitten by mosquitoes in our first night ,clean and well prepared. Second night there was some sort of party going on in room close by at approximately 3am Had to call reception and ask if security could sort this out ,think they did as noise went and eventually we could get back to sleep

never book this hotel, this is not a hotel, but a complete disappointment, I booked the hotel 4 months in advance, the day before my arrival the reservation was canceled for no reason, they called me from the hotel and said the transfer was booked, the room is waiting, don’t worry.. upon arrival in Yerevan . I called the hotel to ask where my transfer was, they told me that my reservation was canceled and the reason is unknown, but I have a transfer for my money!!! I urgently had to look for another hotel!! They called me back and said that there was a hotel somewhere and they could accommodate me there!!! I am a traveler who has visited more than 86 countries and this is the first time I have encountered such a pigish attitude!!! We will write a claim with lawyers

Good experience in Armenia I like it too much nice weather I visit to many place all good , unfortunately The hotel it's not five star at all the staff they are not professional I had bad check in ,they are not flexible I'm asking for small thinks they can't do any efforts ,furniture it's so old ,for the food I would like to thanks the waiter I think Aron for the breakfast he is very kind ,professional he provide good service to me and my friends others they don't know what's mean hospitality

My wife and I liked the Hotel National Erevan very much. We stayed there for one night only, so we did not have time to appreciate all the services and facilities provided by the hotel. But nevertheless we had a very good impression of the hotel. We arrived at National deep in the night. We were provided with a nice and big room. Since we were hungry, we asked for flatware, wine glasses and a corkscrew (and we had Chianti Riserva with us). An employee came right away, brought everything, and opened a bottle. I can note that in the room and in the bathroom was a full and very good set of tea, coffee and cosmetics for a comfortable stay, everything and not to list. Breakfast was also very pleasant with its variety - there were European dishes and typical for Armenia appetizers and sweets. There was sparking wine, but we still enjoyed night Chianti. Waiters did their work very quickly, with respect and attention to all visitors. To be honest, we had a short night's rest, so I asked for check-out not at 12, but at 13. The reception staff immediately agreed. We left our luggage and went for a walk around beautiful Yerevan. And when we came back, bellboy Davit helped us to get out of the situation with a taxi call, because the first taxidriver simply deceived us (about which a complaint was made to the taxi service). In general - I recommend it. The hotel has a great central location, very responsive staff and delicious cuisine in the restaurant for breakfast. This is a five star hotel where every guest is valued.

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commitment to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull.
