Bed was uncomfortable, air con extremely noisy all night long , staff unreasonable on the fact I owed £2 on my booking knocked on my door whilst my husband was in the shower I had to go and pay the £2 leaving him in the bathroom with no lights etc , I wouldn't give my bank card so had to go down wouldn't wait till we came down in 20 minutes to watch out film and wouldn't take £2 in cash so absolutely ridiculous, No restaurant for dinner. Room was clean and only had enough tea/ coffee for one drink each, not my usual standard for premier inn at all won't be going back Airbnb for me in future.

The room smelt awful - really mouldy smell and all my clothes and possessions smell the same - it’s really horrible . The receptionist was rude on arrival - ignored me and made me wait and was unfriendly and unwelcoming . It was such a contrast to a previous stay I had 2 months ago here when my room didn’t smell and the staff were lovely . I would not want to stay here again .

Breakfast was perfect both days running and the staff at breakfast couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and efficient. However the rooms both smelled terrible, making your stomach turn on every entry. I feel that this Premier Inn needs a refresh- the carpets or AC must be causing things awful fusty, damp smell in the room. You can’t even open the window so no relief from it. I think Premier Inn need to do a refresh and deep clean urgently.

We had a pleasant restful night at the Inn, on our way to Cornwall. Our visit was made special, thanks to Lia, who arranged for us to have a room with a bath, rather than just a shower. My wife was very happy - thank you, Lia. We'll be back for another stay 👍

A nice clean and comfortable hotel easy walk to town centre not much to do in Yeovil these days but great location. Room was nice and clean wish you could open the window Nice and quiet the breakfast was good though i prefered it when it was a buffet. overall very good. Will stay again.

Morgane could not have been more accommodating, considering the pressure she was under due to short staffing, she did a wonderful job. Not much more to say other than the hotel chain could support their staff better. The beefeater restaurant would be better if re introduced personally… draft beer would also be better received rather than just bottled beer and soft drinks.

Great stay! Had a wonderful time at Premier Inn Yeovil Town Centre. The rooms were clean and comfy, a good location and the service was great. A huge thanks to Morgan for being so helpful and friendly. Definitely going to stay here again when im nearby!

Great place to stay, staff really helpful, special mention to Morgan who always resolves any problems (usually none). Comfy beds and great to have a soak in the bath ☺️. Parking is easy, not too far to the car park, park next to the hotel after 6 and depart before 8 though
