Liberty Kuşadası - All Inclusive

I have never wrote a review before but after hearing the reps around the pool asking to leave good reviews made me want to leave a honest review. HOTEL - the hotel is great , it’s modern and clean . The rooms are huge , comfortable beds too . The reception and lobby area are great . You can have a relaxing drink in there also . OUTSIDE- pool area is ok, not the biggest . Sun beds are all cramped together, so not much room to move . The slides are ok too. We have been to aqua fantasy hotel so it’s not on par with that but they were ok . Floors are extremely slippy, not enough floor mats. Lifeguards are constantly on their phones.. RESTAURANTS - main restaurant is what lets this hotel down the most . No matter what time you went for food it was never hot , so for me this was the worst bit of my holiday , never mind the absolute chaos . Breakfast and lunch was a little bit more manageable but in an evening this was horrendous. Too busy , not enough food stations, so this created cues , a lot of people had tummy bugs including myself so I m wondering if this was food related or just a bug . I did complain about the temperature of the food and they did acknowledged this by a post card through my door but nothing changed . The à la carte restaurants was quite nice , not the best but ok , Mexican was our favourite and the Turkish was the worse for us , I didn’t even eat my meal . They do have a fantastic coffee shop with delicious ice creams , waffles and cakes . A milkshake bar too . STAFF - entertainment team are great , my girls loved Yusuf the most , he was so good with everyone. Bar staff are ok too , not the friendliest but not rude either. BEACH . This is an extremely small beach. The water is very shallow and rocky not the best to be honest but it is very calm and quiet , if that’s what you’re looking for this is perfect . Overall, we did have a good time , we ended spending more money as we had to go out to eat more than we should because of the food . We met some lovely families there too. Would I go back ? only if I got a bargain and if they sorted the food temperature out too..

Just back from a two week stay at this Hotel . Cannot praise it enough food in restaurants and buffet restaurant was varied and good something for everyone. All bar staff were lovely and friendly and made great cocktails. Our room was large and spacious overlooking the sea just lovely and kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. Entertainment started in the morning with games and dances for all the family throughout the day . Lisa and Harrison were so friendly as were all the Entertainment staff who worked so hard to entertain you on a daily basis. Staff definitely a big asset to this hotel . Pool area brilliant.

Lovely room excellent staff. Kamil in restaurant was brilliant helped with allergy questions ordered gluten free pizza for my daughter. Great cocktails. Would have liked some difference options at the snack bar it was the same every day. Gluten free and peanut free desserts were non existent but I took sweets with us for the kids. We loved playing Boccia every day, can't think of the entertainment guys name but he was great. I am not sure if I would visit again maybe but have tried other liberty and it's not quite there however my price was decent so maybe I would. Kids loved it and want to return.

I come with my mum and the two kids aged 10&11 , when we arrived staff took our suitcases off us and we checked in we was asked if any allergies and they were heavily sign posted around the hotel and on all foods in the restaurant.Our room was lovly big and clean , we was lucky enough to get a sea view , mini fridge was stocked and all the staff couldn't do enough for you we asked for iron and board during our stay which got delivered to our room with additional robes for the children. The food in the main restaurant is nice and plenty for even fussy eaters , the snack bar had chicken nuggets chips burgers pizza and kebab meat. The cocktail list is plentiful and I've made way through it we got two ala cartes during our stay we went the Asian and the Mexican. The weather was hit and miss but expected it for april that why we booked somewhere with indoor pool but one of the pools outside was heated so was bareable for kids and adults ! There's a variety of entertainment during the day and kids club and mini disco with some kind of entertainment during the evening but I could only imagine how brilliant it gets when there's more guests. I cannot fault this hotel in the slightest all the staff have been really helpful. My daughter slipped in the lobby and the staff were quick to respond and asked us if we needed anything ie ambulance and gave us a bag of ice. The next day there was a post card through our door asking if she was ok and if we needed anything further to just ask. The hotel is beautiful and breathtaking and the staff are even more beautiful thankyou for making our week here magical

I'm so happy to come here. In our first day we met some entertainer Zeynep and Halil . They are very Friendly . Also this is our first time in Turkiye and we are very pleased with the hotel. Staff is great thanks for everything ... We love here ....

It was the best holiday i’ve ever been to. I was never bored, the staff is so fun, the food and the bar were amazing. The rooms were clean. I have nothing to complain. Keep up the good work!
