Hotel n’est pas renouvelé, il y a des fuites d’eau partout , il n’est pas organisé. J’ai attendu 2 heures pour obtenir une chambre . Mauvais plan

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel booked with easyjet holidays, although we thoroughly enjoyed it there is definitely room for improvement. The hotel is classed as a 4 star hotel but i wouldnt agree with this i would only class as a 3 star. The rooms were a good size and cleaned daily to a good standard but in need of modernising they were very dated, didnt have fridges in or tea coffee making facilities as advertised. The cleaner would remove all towels from the room in the morning and not replace them till later in the afternoon which was very annoying if you wanted to shower after breakfast. Our key card to get in our room wouldnt work on a daily basis and would have to be reset more than once daily which when you have a 1 year old child who's ready for bed in the evening was very frustrating and the female receptionist was very unhelpful regarding this and insisted on us waiting 5 minutes each time. The restaurant is what really brings this hotel down its like a school canteen, tables were left full of dirty dishes and the food wasnt great, very repetetive and not a lot of choice also didnt cater for british only locals. The young lady who would make pasta or chicken/fish dishes would handle uncooked meats then touch plates and dish food up without replacing gloves or washing hands. There was no ice cream for children which should be the case with an AI (4*) hotel. There was one man in the restaurant cant remember his name (short guy) who was brilliant and would always clear a table & get a baby seat ready for us. The hotel advertises a kids club but this didnt exsist it consisted of 2 empty rooms and 1 that had a small childs table & chairs but nothing else. The pool area was fantastic lots of sunbeds and space and the lifeguard was so friendly and had lots of time for my little boy Charlie, the pool bar man was also brilliant always coming round taking drink orders and worked really hard. Big shout out to Khayem and Oussama the animation staff they were amazing, got everyone involved in games such as boulles and ping pong and would spend time chatting and getting to know us, they were really friendly guys and my little boy loved playing with them. The lobby bar staff were also really friendly and attentive but i do think it could do with some back ground music. The hotel could be really good if some of these issues were dealt with.

Oh dear what a Disappointment. Where do I start! Room basic but acceptable, no kettle. Bed sheet too small for bed, bathroom no magnifying mirror, 2 tiny bottles of shampoo and shower gel to use once. Only one loo roll per day which are half the size of uk ones. Towels are disgusting shades of grey. Bath needs replacing! Towel rail fell off the wall. Balcony chairs were made of iron, so heavy, backs as straight as you could imagine and no cushion pads on them, so excruciatingly uncomfortable to sit on. Rails have been added to the balcony so it’s like sitting in a playpen. The public toilets stink and the floors always soaking wet! Hardly any loo rolls in them, probably because people were taking them for their rooms. Food left a lot to be desired. Breakfast fine if you like potatoes carrots green beans. Sloppy scrambled eggs. Omelets ok if the lady does them. If the gentleman does them they’re undercooked. Lunch ok, salads not bad. You have a fork to get tomato ketchup and mayonnaise out of the bowls! No knives to cut the flans up, just ******* things they don’t think of! Evening meal ok. Everything is cold but there’s a microwave. Tables and mats need a good clean when vacated. You get a knife and fork only so try and hold onto them. The rooms at the front of the hotel overlook a dual carriageway so really noisy till very late at night (windows don’t block any noise at all). Loads of shops but all selling the same rubbish. Motorbikes minus exhausts screaming down the road. Horses and carriages going up and down the road all day. They look so worn out and thin I hated it! The first part of the beach you walk through is like a plowed field until you get nearer the sea. Then all you can see is sea grass balls piled up along the waters edge. The pool is nice and sunbeds comfy. No pool towels. We did find people were able to get nice new pool towels a couple of days before we came home and also our balcony chairs were replaced with comfier ones but too little too late. It’s obvious they are trying to make improvements but at the moment we wouldn’t stay again if we were paid! Maybe in a years time to see what it’s like then, maybe! Tip! Take a couple of loo rolls with you!

Stayed in a lot of hotels in my day but this is one of the best the service is impeccable. They were really really nice to us always helped us and looked after us whenever we needed something. They gave us something straight away and they had lovely members of staff to keep us entertained all the time. Special thanks to Oussama and khayam who looked after us a lot 11/10 would recommend

Every things was ok . Foods is very good bar service is ok rooms so clean and big Big respect for animations team special to the animators chef and oussama we enjoy our vacation with them and them activity. We will come back soon . Thanks to all ..
