Bon hôtel à 5 min du centre ville en voiture sinon à pieds 15/20 bonnes minutes de marche.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel a lot. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was good and enough. Service and staff was always smily and trying their best.The swimming pool and the garden are well kept. We definitely recommend and would definitely come back!

So bad hotel, the room is not good not clean and about the food it's not good and I don't have any choice for the break fast ( El sehour) and the woman clean every day she is angry and not hospitality and not friendly and in the hotel it don't have animation show time in night. About the swimming pool it's not clean and the inside swimming pool also it's not clean

The hotel is beautiful and had very comfy beds. Will definitely visit soon again. The staff were very helpful especially Taha Khadhraoui. He bought my drinks every time and very quickly. All in all beautiful hotel and country. Thank you Eden Yasmine

Our experience for the most part was great, the receptionist on arrival was very friendly, the buffet breakfast and dinner was good on most days. The waiters were very nice and polite. However, as we were checking out, the laundry lady accused us of stealing towels. This was after cleaners had already entered the room. There was no way of verifying if they had taken the towels already before we went back up to check. We also tried to explain that we had no need to take towels as we were heading to another hotel in Tunis. All the staff started treating us like thieves, including a new receptionist we hadn’t seen (tall grumpy man with glasses). We opened our suitcases for them to check but they were still not happy. This same laundry woman a few nights previously asked us if one of us would marry a male staff member (maybe it was her son idk?) as we were a group of girls and of course we said no, so maybe she was annoyed at that. But some of the other staff seemed to be in on it too so maybe this is a regular occurrence. After all of that humiliation and proving we didn’t have the towels, we didn’t even get an apology. It was a shame because we had a great experience before that, the staff had been so friendly particularly the waiters at breakfast and dinner, and 2 receptionists (cheerful male and young female). The restaurant manager was also very helpful when we needed an early breakfast. I feel bad giving the hotel 2 stars because these staff members deserve 5 stars, however, as respectful, dignified women, we feel disgusted at being made out to be towel thieves, and it’s really ruined our outlook on the past week.

Staff are very friendly. Entertainment staff are very friendly. Enjoy made sure we were all having a great time. The restaurant food was good with plenty of choice. My room was clean and fresh bedding every day. All in all a great hotel and an excellent week away

The food was terrible the customer service is also bad .don't get me started I had to wait 5+mins for them to restock there food there treatment was bad there wasn't even enough food to eat I've been yo many fancy hotels and horrible ones but this one's exceeds them all

This is a lovely, friendly hotel. We visited as a group of 12 attending the Yasmine Carnival in March. Between us we had various rooms, from doubles to triples to suites, and all were great - spacious, well serviced, excellent storage, and were modern in design and beautifully clean. Bedding and pillows were very good and we liked that the beds had lovely white sheets as well as lovely duvets in pure white cotton covers - a nice touch. The pool area and gardens are stunning and spacious - huge pool and hot tub and heated indoor pool. There are lots of outside areas in which to sit and relax - and plenty of shade if you want that. Many of the resort hotels in Hammamet can lack greenery - the Eden hotel does not - plenty of grass, trees, plants and a bbq area. As this is not one of the huge hotels in the Hammamet resort there is a very ‘personal’ feel in the attitude of the staff - they really care and will do anything they can to help and make everything work for your stay. The food was great - being a slightly smaller hotel it’s not an endless buffet but there was a very good variety of starters, salads, main dishes and lovely desserts - as well as plenty of fresh fruit. Dishes were different every day… some days waffles and pancakes for breakfast in addition to the freshly made omelettes. We had a few vegans as vegetarians in our group and on request the chefs took great care to make special dishes to suit our diets on our stay… they couldn’t do enough to help accommodate our wishes after speaking to the chef at the begging of our stay. Location-wise the hotel is right behind the Medina, so when you come out of the hotel you can walk either left or right to visit different parts of the Medina, where there are lots of cafes and restaurants very near by. At the same time one of the nice things about the hotel is that - although near everything - it gives the impression of being a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort… which makes the Eden hotel very special and the kind of place, once discovered, you would return to.

We passed 4 nights and 5 days starting from Saturday 20th August. And it was really a bad experience. The water given in the restaurant to drink is dirty (same water of washing in rooms) , there’s no animation team ,only one guy trying his best but unfortunately he’s so bad at it. The terrible animation ends at 11pm then the hotel direction orders to turn off lights while we still enjoying our time together and trying to make our own animation. The only good thing that that i gave two stars for, food and the swimming pool. The food was so clean, very delicious and sufficient. Also the restaurant service was so good and polite. The hotel contains a night club that closes over 4am which made it hard to sleep because of the noise. Its a retirement home not an hotel.
