This was my first time at this hotel and spa. I visited from the UK with my friend for 4 nights in November. I highly recommend this hotel, it is clean, welcoming, with great food and is fantastic value for money. The team are really professional, friendly and attentive, which we rewarded with tips throughout our stay, often giving team members 10 diners (£2.50) to show our appreciation. Getting to and from the hotel was easy with the private taxi that we booked online. The driver was waiting for us at the airport on our arrival. It was £50 for the return trip. The buffet restaurant is well stocked with food from across the world, we were never short of delicious options to choose from. The chef who prepares the pasta dishes to order was just brilliant. His presentation was superb and I could tell he genuinely cared about preparing a delicious looking and tasting dish. We tended to sit in the middle section, near the dessert bar and was served by Hatem. He was fantastic, giving us a friendly greeting and ushering us to a table. As he got to know us more, we would arrive at the restaurant to find our chosen drinks already waiting for us on our table. In the hotel bar area, the bar tenders and waiters were very professional and friendly, often remembering your drink and bringing refills to your seat. The entertainment team are really personable and full of energy. Although there were no shows that we seen, they hold participation events each evening, such as karaoke and quiz nights, which were fun. Throughout the day, the team are often found dancing around the pool area and encouraging you to join in games such as crazy golf and archery. I took part in a ‘Learn Arabic’ lesson which was great. The room was well equipped with a large bath and shower, balcony, to, mini fridge and big beds. My only criticism was that the pillows were far too hard. The cleaning team were great. We would return each day after lunch to find our room sparkling clean. We visited the on-site hammam which was fantastic. We paid 200 diners (£50) each for a session in the hammam, followed by a body scrub, a session in the hydrotherapy bath and finished off with a full body oil massage. It was incredible value for money. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommending it to my friends and family. Such a wonderful experience.

Difficult to accept this is a 5 star and not 3. The place is in need of an update all over. Where do i start - on arrival, no kettle or coffee facilities in room. Had to ask 4 times, kettle arrived one day, cups the next and then finally some coffee My dad had same in his room, he also had no plug for his sink and despite asking 4-5 times, nothing materialised. His shower also overflowed all over his bathroom, making it very dangerous as he is disabled. Lifts broke down constantly, he was forced to take stairs once as well! Light switched hanging off wall in my room and also gym. Gym equipment is old and a lot is broken, it nothing maintained. Again told reception and nothing done Hotel only has one restaurant and its pretty poor. With cold luke warm food a lit of days. They offer other restaurants that we tried and food ws ok there. Moroccon restaurant, was told it was 5 min walk by at least 2 staff, but is 11-12 mins and then when we got there it was upstairs and no lift. They dont take into consideration a disabled issue! Cocktails are horrible, couldn’t try them all in the inclusive package as they remove the most popular ones and you have to pay On a positive note, i spoke to restaurant manager and he dealt with an issue we had and also sent a bottle of wine to our room Bar, restaurant staff and in general were good. They keep the place clean as well Entertainment team are great, but evening entertainment isnt!! Also they swapped entertainment to downstairs (no Lifts) or the other hotel some nights Appreciate they dont cater for english so well as mainly Afican, dutch, german or French guests Pool is nice and always got a sunbed, we tipped them well and every day provided my dad a chair and bought home drinks, we know how it works in Tunisia

Our first time in Tunisia and the hotel. Me and my wife love the country and people. The hotel is fantastic, the food and rooms are great. All the staff that we have met are so welcoming and friendly. The entertainment team work very very hard , JOE and the team put in a great list of things to do every day. We came without children. But the staff are amazing with the kids. And the choice of entertainment is long. The whole experience was fantastic and we will be coming back again
