very good hotel for family trip

J'ai récemment séjourné à l'Hôtel Tui Magic life lors d'un voyage d'affaires et j'ai été extrêmement satisfait de mon expérience. Situé idéalement en plein cœur du centre-ville, cet hôtel offre un accès facile aux principales attractions touristiques ainsi qu'aux quartiers d'affaires. Les installations de l'hôtel sont modernes et bien entretenues. Ma chambre était spacieuse, propre et joliment décorée, offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, assurant des nuits de sommeil réparatrices après de longues journées de travail. Le service à la clientèle était exceptionnel. Le personnel de la réception était chaleureux, professionnel et toujours prêt à répondre à mes demandes. Le service en chambre était rapide et efficace, et le personnel du restaurant était attentif à mes besoins pendant mes repas. De plus, l'hôtel propose une gamme d'installations et de services pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable, notamment une salle de sport bien équipée, un spa relaxant et un délicieux petit-déjeuner buffet avec une variété d'options pour tous les goûts. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour à l'Hôtel a été fantastique et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement de qualité lors de leur visite dans la région. J'ai hâte d'y retourner lors de mon prochain voyage

Wow wow wow! What an amazing resort! We visited last week with our 2 daughters 8 and 11 and had the best family holiday we’ve ever been lucky enough to have. This hotel and its staff are outstanding. The hotel is spotless along with the pools. The pools are all within close proximity of each other and set within beautiful gardens. There are plenty of sunbeds so there is never any need to get up early to reserve some even though some people did. We were in room 903 with a beautiful view of the sea. The air con was fantastic. The hotel is on the beach which is beautiful, safe and fantastic Watersports. The Watersports staff are incredible. The waiters can’t do enough for you and remember your preference of seating and what you drink. The food is just outstanding for all meals throughout the day. We were blown away with the Tunisian night - thank you. The entertainment staff are incredible. Well done for all of your amazing shows. We loved the evenings, especially the beach party on our first night where we danced in a mini rave with our girls on the beach ❤️ The kids club staff are full of energy, love the children and are fun. One of the main people who stood out for us was Hedi (farmer ) The friendliest, loveliest guy we ever did meet. Hedi never change. You’re just incredible and we felt like you were our long lost friend as soon as we saw you. The pianist (Hedi behave ) was just outstanding. He made us feel like he was our grandparent. The joy showed in his eyes when he saw us enjoying his music every evening. The love and care he showed the children was so kind and inviting them to play the piano with him. When he plays he’ll make your heart sing whilst you sit in the grand beautiful lobby. Saying goodbye felt quite emotional. Thank you all for the most incredible family holiday. We are hoping to see you next year ❤️ Love Jo and family xx Just a note - it’s closed currency and the hotel I believe only change cash into local currency. You can tip using GB pounds but the people you tip can only change notes into their currency. Your phone won’t work out there and you have to purchase a Zone 3 bolt on if you intend to come off the hotel Wi-Fi. The hotel Wi-Fi was incredibly good.

The hotel is only 40 minutes from the airport so a nice quick transfer. Upon arrival we were given a cool drink and advised to get some lunch as our room was not ready yet. When we returned our room was ready, still 2 hours earlier than the normal check in time which was great. Our room was very spacious and simple with a large balcony. The comments regarding the leaking showers are correct but this could temporarily be fixed by extra towels being provided. It would also be nice for nicer amenities to be provided considering this is a 5* hotel. There was only basic hand soap and a multi purpose dispenser in the shower. There was plenty of variety in the buffet restaurant including hot and cold food as well as some ‘British’ food if preferred. The food at the a la carte restaurants is nice but only marginally better than the buffet restaurant. There is good variety of foods at the pool bar if you prefer not to go to the main restaurant for lunch. The pool areas are brilliant and are sectioned off so well that you forget you are at a large hotel. We had no issue getting a sun lounger even on the days we arrived at 11am. The sun loungers are the comfiest I have ever sat on. The beach is very clean and has security. There are people selling camel rides, scarves etc but they leave you alone if you say no. There is also an area of the beach that the public cannot access if you do not wish to be bothered by this. The evening entertainment is good and varied. We really enjoyed the beach party and Bavarian night. There is also a lovely older gentleman playing piano in the atrium every evening. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and always say hello. Everything is kept very clean and well maintained with glasses being collected regularly. We regularly saw staff fixing things such as pool lights and gardeners maintaining the area. There are also plenty of recycling bins which were emptied regularly. A taxi to the nearby marina (5 minutes away) and restaurants is only 5-10 TND (£1.25-£2.50) or can be walked in 25-40 minutes. The walk is safe during daylight hours. I recommend Carthage Land theme park which offers tickets for around £12.50 and the nearby restaurant Beer Garden Brasserie. Improvements The issue with the showers needs to be sorted and as a temporary measure all rooms should be given extra towels as standard. Nicer amenities in the bathroom. Tips Take cash of any currency. This can then be exchanged into dinar at the airport or hotel. The nearest cash point is a 40 minute walk away. Do not drink the tap water or ice.

Just got back from a week at Magic life Africania. We went as a married couple for a week just to relax and unwind. The hotel grounds and pools are like a paradise clean and very well kept. The entertainment team do come round to ask you to join in activity's but are not pushy and understand if you'd rather not. I've read other reviews about children not being involved but as we were holidaying alone I can't comment. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a fridge and on arrival water and soft drinks were in there for you. The entertainment at night is good although we were a little disappointed the fireshow and the bellydancer got canceled. However the staff in general are amazing and can't say anything negative about a single one. Have to give a extra special shout out to Heidi my wife has coeliac disease and he went above and beyond to help her in the buffet (food was delicious)and regularly checked in her to make sure she was OK. Such a lovely man. Overall it is a brilliant all inclusive resort. And we wouldn't hesitate to come back. My only little itsy bitsy negative comment would be no kettle and tea coffee making facilities in the room. However I was told on day 7 if I'd have asked this would be provided. I know some people had tea coffee and kettle in their room on arrival. Bit unsure why this isn't standard across the board? So if not there ask. All in all the magic is real

Been to Tunisia eight times and usually go to Les Orangers in Hammamet which I have described previously as The best hotel ever. This hotel surpasses it. Six adults and four kids. From the welcome meeting with Hedi the guest relations manager there was a smile from every member of staff whatever time of day. Lively pools , slash pools, quiet pools and adult pools,water sports, games ,entertainment and professional like shows this hotel has it all. Best of all the food with kids dining area that has their own buffet with tables and chairs. Roasts,fish,pasta,stews,pizza, to name but a few, all cooked to perfection and so tasty,you won’t ever go hungry here. Three a’la carte restaurants as well, would recommend Downtown, their burgers are wonderful. It was so good here we’ve already booked to go again next year! I couldn’t criticise it in any way and can’t wait to return.

It was great to return at Magic Life Africana after two years. It felt like a return back…home. We have been greeted from the very beginning with large smiles and friendship. We have spent again 2 weeks at the resort (a family of two adults and one 9 years old girl). Every single one member of staff was doing their bit properly: starting with the lady who cleaned our room daily, continuing with the restaurant staff, with the entertainment team, the team at spa and last, but not least, the management team. The food was amazing, always fresh and varied. What was really amazing for us was the fact that the fruits and vegetables taste reminded me of my childhood. The peaches, the nectarines, the apricots, the tomatoes or the watermelons had an amazing taste, and it felt I was travelling back in time… Big shoutout to Khalid and Moez from the main restaurant, who were always helpful, always tried to surprise us and have always been polite and smiling, despite dealing with so many customers and various requests. Many thanks go to the Executive Chef, Houssem, who has helped us with a cake for my wife’s birthday. My breakfast would also include an omelette cooked by Fedi (my wife should have asked him for his recipe ). We have spent most of the time by the pool, as our daughter had more kids to play with there, as opposed to the beach (which was, by the way, very clean and tidy) – I do prefer the beach though. The pool was always clean, the water was crystal clear and what was really great for us as clients was the pool bar, where Hamadi and Rim were working really hard to please everyone. Our 9 years old daughter has made great friends there, starting with Mayara and Syrine from the Kids Club and ending with kids from all around the world. The Kids Club was very well organised, with various activities related to the age groups. And one night the Kids Club entertainment team has surprised us with an evening show where all the kids from the resort were on the stage, sang and danced. Our daughter has been very excited and happy, and me and my wife could not be prouder... One of my main activities was playing beach volleyball twice a day. The courts have been kept clean and tidy and Dhia was always there as a referee and in charge with organising the matches. Me and two guys from Germany won the title of Champions Of The Week, with diplomas awarded and our pictures being posted at the resort. Next week we only won the second place (still great thinking about my 50+ age… ). The entertainment team was very efficiently lead by Ekram, who has also organised a surprise by making the whole audience by the pool to sing “happy birthday” on my wife’s birthday. Least, but not last, I would like to thank the managers, starting with Latifa and Hedi, superbly lead by Mr Chafik, for their continuous efforts to make everyone feel great, relaxed and happy, and for making us feel like home. Maike was greatly missed this year, but we really hope we’ll meet her again n

Thank you for a beautiful holiday at Tui Magic Africana. Hotel service outstanding. The waiters at the Magic restaurant were very helpful, friendly and smiling all the time, a big thank you to Slash. It was impossible to be bored with the animation team. Great water sports and the men who work there all day long. Evenings at the Capitan bar are amazing, drinks and service at a high level. Thank you
