Classic Federation House close to Town & Lake

Right in town, 2 blocks from the lake & 5 blocks from the shops. Enjoy your time in country Victoria by the pool or in the BBQ area & retreat inside when it gets too hot to a fully air-conditioned house with ceiling fans & bay windows (for a good read). In winter there is ducted heating throughout & an open gas fireplace in the lounge. The house has 3 large bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has it's own air-conditioner & can be fully darkened. The 2 downstairs bedrooms have blinds on the windows but also beautiful upper leadlight windows that cannot be fully darkened, allowing light in in the evnings & early morning.
